【摘要】： 區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展是一個已研究探討了多年的課題,但是學(xué)術(shù)界對它的研究有增無減,主要原因是中國區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展差距還在不斷擴大;經(jīng)濟和人口的發(fā)展給資源環(huán)境帶來巨大壓力的問題沒有解決;同時,在區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展理論研究方面還有許多問題沒有搞清楚。本文采用了文獻分析、實證研究和計算機仿真等研究方法,從復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)科學(xué)的研究視角,界定了區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展內(nèi)涵,研究了區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展系統(tǒng)的空間結(jié)構(gòu)和功能結(jié)構(gòu),并基于多主體建模思想對區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展系統(tǒng)進行了建模與仿真研究。全文分為四個部分。 第一部分,包括論文的第1章和第2章,是論文的文獻研究和理論基礎(chǔ)研究部分。介紹了本文的選題背景、研究現(xiàn)狀、研究內(nèi)容及創(chuàng)新點等內(nèi)容;從概念、作用機制、評價及對策等角度對區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展研究現(xiàn)狀進行了綜述;對比分析了學(xué)術(shù)界對區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展內(nèi)涵具有代表性的五種認識;在完成對文獻資料梳理和再認識的基礎(chǔ)上,對區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的內(nèi)涵進行了界定;并分析了區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展系統(tǒng)的特征和演化機理。 第二部分,包括論文的第3章、第4章和第5章,是論文的理論研究和實證研究部分,分別對區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展系統(tǒng)的功能結(jié)構(gòu)和空間結(jié)構(gòu)進行了分析。將區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展系統(tǒng)可分為人口、資源、環(huán)境與經(jīng)濟四個功能子系統(tǒng),利用CNKI數(shù)據(jù)庫對近年來相關(guān)的設(shè)計指標(biāo)進行頻度統(tǒng)計,選取了40個體現(xiàn)準則層特征的關(guān)鍵指標(biāo),以京津冀實際發(fā)展數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),同時借助SPSS和1stOpt數(shù)據(jù)分析軟件,對區(qū)域功能子系統(tǒng)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展度評價模型進行實證研究;分析了區(qū)域空間結(jié)構(gòu)的系統(tǒng)性基本特征和信息時代特征,綜述了區(qū)域空間場的研究現(xiàn)狀,在此的基礎(chǔ)上,界定了區(qū)域空間場內(nèi)涵及相關(guān)概念,并嘗試用空間場的理論和思維方式來分析區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展功能子系統(tǒng)在空間結(jié)構(gòu)中存在的相互作用。 第三部分,論文的第6章,是論文的計算機仿真模擬部分。闡述了區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展系統(tǒng)的復(fù)雜性和適應(yīng)性;闡明了區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展系統(tǒng)建模仿真思路;分析了區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展系統(tǒng)的主體環(huán)境;設(shè)計了區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展系統(tǒng)仿真模型;仿真觀測到主體數(shù)量隨時間變化、勞動分工演化、城市涌現(xiàn)以及流的形成等現(xiàn)象。 第四部分,最后第7章,是主要研究結(jié)論和進一步研究工作的展望。
[Abstract]:Regional coordinated development is a subject that has been studied and discussed for many years, but the research on it in academic circles is increasing, mainly because the gap of regional economic development in China is still widening. The problem that the development of economy and population brings great pressure to resources and environment has not been solved. At the same time, there are still many problems in the research of regional coordinated development theory. Based on the methods of literature analysis, empirical research and computer simulation, this paper defines the connotation of regional coordinated development from the perspective of complex systems science, and studies the spatial structure and functional structure of regional coordinated development system. Based on the idea of multi-agent modeling, the regional coordinated development system is modeled and simulated. The full text is divided into four parts. The first part, including the first and second chapters, is the literature research and theoretical basic research. This paper introduces the background, research status, research content and innovation of this paper, and summarizes the research status of regional coordinated development from the perspectives of concept, mechanism of action, evaluation and countermeasures, etc. This paper contrasts and analyzes five representative understandings of the connotation of regional coordinated development in academic circles, and defines the connotation of regional coordinated development on the basis of combing and rerecognizing the literature. The characteristics and evolution mechanism of regional coordinated development system are analyzed. The second part, including the third chapter, the fourth chapter and the fifth chapter, is the theoretical and empirical research part of the paper, respectively, the functional structure and the spatial structure of the regional coordinated development system are analyzed. The system of regional coordinated development can be divided into four functional subsystems: population, resources, environment and economy. By using the CNKI database, the frequency statistics of the related design indicators in recent years are carried out, and 40 key indicators reflecting the characteristics of the criterion layer are selected. Based on the actual development data of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, and with the help of SPSS and 1stOpt data analysis software, this paper makes an empirical study on the evaluation model of coordinated development degree of regional functional subsystems, and analyzes the basic systematic characteristics of regional spatial structure and the characteristics of the information age. This paper summarizes the current research situation of regional spatial field, and defines the connotation and related concepts of regional spatial field. The theory and thinking mode of spatial field are used to analyze the interaction of the functional subsystem of regional coordinated development in the spatial structure. The third part, the sixth chapter, is the computer simulation part of the paper. This paper expounds the complexity and adaptability of regional coordinated development system, clarifies the idea of modeling and simulation of regional coordinated development system, analyzes the main environment of regional coordinated development system, and designs the simulation model of regional coordinated development system. Simulation results show that the number of agents varies with time, the division of labor evolves, the emergence of cities and the formation of flow. The fourth part, last chapter 7, is the main research conclusion and the prospect of further research work.
