【摘要】：全球信息化潮流勢(shì)不可擋,中國(guó)信息化進(jìn)程也在大步邁進(jìn),伴隨著信息化出現(xiàn)的城鄉(xiāng)數(shù)字鴻溝卻成為我國(guó)城鄉(xiāng)一體化的重要障礙,其對(duì)日益擴(kuò)大的城鄉(xiāng)收入差距起著推波助瀾的作用。文章基于人工神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)方法實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)了我國(guó)城鄉(xiāng)數(shù)字鴻溝對(duì)城鄉(xiāng)收入差距擴(kuò)大的作用,研究表明,城鄉(xiāng)收入差距與城鄉(xiāng)數(shù)字鴻溝同方向變動(dòng),城鄉(xiāng)數(shù)字鴻溝擴(kuò)大1%,城鄉(xiāng)收入差距就會(huì)拉大0.013%,前者對(duì)后者的影響不可小覷。
[Abstract]:The trend of global informatization is unstoppable, and the process of informatization in China is also striding forward. The digital divide between urban and rural areas, accompanied by informatization, has become an important obstacle to the integration of urban and rural areas in China. It plays an increasing role in the widening income gap between urban and rural areas. Based on the artificial neural network method, this paper empirically tests the effect of the urban-rural digital divide on the widening of urban-rural income gap in China. The research shows that the urban-rural income gap and the urban-rural digital divide are changing in the same direction. If the digital gap between urban and rural areas expands by 1, the income gap between urban and rural areas will widen by 0.013, and the influence of the former on the latter can not be underestimated.
