【摘要】： 這篇論文試圖從勞動分工的角度對開放環(huán)境中發(fā)展中國家的經濟發(fā)展進行分析。我們的理論出發(fā)點是，生產率的提高不僅是單個企業(yè)技術進步的結果，更是整個經濟勞動分工深化的產物。“現代部門”中社會化大生產的基本特征就是通過大量的中間產品表現出來的細密分工，其中分別專業(yè)化于某種產品的各個產業(yè)組成了一個相互影響、相互依賴的網絡，而單個企業(yè)在生產上的高效率正是通過這一分工網絡實現的。并且由于大量中間產品——尤其是生產性服務——的不可貿易性，，在開放經濟環(huán)境中，分工網絡的密度和規(guī)模高度依賴于對國內“現代部門”最終產品的需求。因此，經濟發(fā)展可以看作勞動分工網絡不斷擴展與深化的過程，而對分工網絡的性質和它與各種經濟要素之間關系的了解，則是對發(fā)展中國家在國際經濟體系中的地位及其國際經濟政策的有效性做出正確判斷的前提。基于上述理論，本文依次考察了自給自足、不完全國際分工和完全國際分工條件下發(fā)展中國家勞動分工水平的決定和演化，在“傳統(tǒng)部門”與“現代部門”的關系、發(fā)展中國家比較優(yōu)勢的決定和經濟發(fā)展中的多重均衡等方面得出了一些新的結論。
[Abstract]:This paper attempts to analyze the economic development of developing countries in an open environment from the perspective of division of labor. Our theoretical starting point is that the increase of productivity is not only the result of technological progress of individual enterprises, but also the result of deepening the division of labor in the whole economy. The basic characteristic of socialized mass production in the "modern sector" is the detailed division of labor shown by a large number of intermediate products, in which the industries specialized in a certain product form a network of mutual influence and interdependence. The high efficiency of a single enterprise in production is achieved through this division of labor network. Moreover, due to the non-tradable nature of a large number of intermediate products, especially productive services, the density and size of the division of labor networks in an open economic environment are highly dependent on the demand for domestic "modern sector" end products. Therefore, economic development can be seen as a process of continuous expansion and deepening of the division of labor network, and an understanding of the nature of the division of labour network and its relationship with various economic elements. It is the premise of correct judgment on the position of developing countries in the international economic system and the effectiveness of international economic policies. Based on the above theory, this paper examines the determination and evolution of the level of division of labor in developing countries under the conditions of self-sufficiency, incomplete international division and complete international division of labor, and the relationship between "traditional sector" and "modern sector". Some new conclusions are drawn on the decision of comparative advantage and the multiple equilibrium in economic development of developing countries.
