【摘要】:隨著科學(xué)與技術(shù)的進(jìn)步,人們越來越意識到科學(xué)與技術(shù)對于經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的重要性。論文先對技術(shù)進(jìn)步促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的理論進(jìn)行了整體的回顧,就經(jīng)濟(jì)增長理論各派的主要觀點、技術(shù)進(jìn)步在經(jīng)濟(jì)增長所起的作用及其理論模型作了簡要介紹。 基于對技術(shù)進(jìn)步過程復(fù)雜性的認(rèn)識,對技術(shù)進(jìn)步的過程進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的分析研究。包括技術(shù)成果供應(yīng)、需求的運行機(jī)理和系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)模型,技術(shù)進(jìn)步的微觀經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)原理,技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)化的動力機(jī)理及實現(xiàn)條件。從宏觀和微觀,內(nèi)因與外因把握技術(shù)進(jìn)步在經(jīng)濟(jì)增長中的運行規(guī)則、動力來源、實現(xiàn)條件。 就技術(shù)進(jìn)步對經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的作用形式和測算方法作了專門的分析研究。包括由生產(chǎn)函數(shù)而來的增長速度方程;全要素生產(chǎn)率的測算;之后對技術(shù)進(jìn)步促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的指標(biāo)分類測算法作了介紹。并對上述各方法的適用條件及優(yōu)缺點作了進(jìn)一步的分析。 論文最后利用索洛余值法就我國20年的技術(shù)進(jìn)步對經(jīng)濟(jì)增長貢獻(xiàn)率進(jìn)行了計量分析,得出我國技術(shù)進(jìn)步對經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的貢獻(xiàn)率,比較了中外技術(shù)進(jìn)步對經(jīng)濟(jì)增長貢獻(xiàn)率的差異,并提出改善技術(shù)進(jìn)步對經(jīng)濟(jì)增長貢獻(xiàn)率的對策。
[Abstract]:With the progress of science and technology, people are more and more aware of the importance of science and technology to economic growth. Firstly, the thesis reviews the theory of technological progress to promote economic growth, and briefly introduces the main viewpoints of economic growth theory, the role of technological progress in economic growth and its theoretical model. Based on the understanding of the complexity of technological progress, the process of technological progress is systematically analyzed and studied. It includes the supply of technological achievements, the operational mechanism of demand and the system structure model, the microeconomic principle of technological progress, the dynamic mechanism of technological transformation and the conditions for its realization. From the macro and micro, internal and external causes to grasp the technical progress in economic growth in the operation of the rules, power sources, conditions for realization. This paper makes a special analysis and research on the effect of technological progress on economic growth. It includes the growth rate equation derived from the production function, the measurement of total factor productivity, and the method of classifying the technology progress to promote economic growth. The application conditions, advantages and disadvantages of the above methods are further analyzed. Finally, using Solow residual value method, this paper makes an econometric analysis on the contribution rate of China's technological progress to economic growth in the past 20 years, and concludes the contribution rate of China's technological progress to economic growth, and compares the differences between Chinese and foreign technological progress's contribution rate to economic growth. The countermeasures to improve the contribution rate of technological progress to economic growth are put forward.
