【摘要】：在對平頂山市生態(tài)環(huán)境現(xiàn)狀分析的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用人力資本法、機(jī)會成本法對平頂山市環(huán)境污染進(jìn)行損失評估;采用市場評價(jià)法、效益轉(zhuǎn)移法對平頂山市生態(tài)破壞進(jìn)行損失評估.結(jié)果表明,2014年平頂山市生態(tài)環(huán)境總損失為267 207萬元,其中環(huán)境污染損失為12.3元/t,生態(tài)破壞損失為73.98元/t.
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the present situation of ecological environment in Pingdingshan City, the paper uses human capital method and opportunity cost method to evaluate the environmental pollution of Pingdingshan City, and uses market evaluation method and benefit transfer method to evaluate the ecological damage of Pingdingshan City. The results show that the total loss of ecological environment in Pingdingshan City in 2014 is 2.67207 billion yuan, including 12.3 yuan / t of environmental pollution loss and 73.98 yuan / t of ecological damage loss.
