【摘要】： 鄧小平經(jīng)濟(jì)管理思想是指以鄧小平為代表的當(dāng)代中國共產(chǎn)黨人在我國經(jīng)濟(jì)管理過程中所表現(xiàn)出來的立場、觀點、方法的總和。它是鄧小平理論的重要組成部分。本文著重探討鄧小平經(jīng)濟(jì)管理思想的兩大層面、基本原則、主要方法、重要特征，冀希通過對這四個方面的探討，較系統(tǒng)地凸現(xiàn)鄧小平經(jīng)濟(jì)管理思想的豐富內(nèi)容。 全文共分四個部分。第一部分，鄧小平經(jīng)濟(jì)管理思想的兩大層面，主要從宏觀管理和微觀管理兩個方面揭示鄧小平經(jīng)濟(jì)管理思想的主要內(nèi)容和觀點：在宏觀管理上強(qiáng)調(diào)宏觀調(diào)控，，在微觀管理上注重微觀搞活。第二部分，鄧小平經(jīng)濟(jì)管理思想的基本原則，主要論述鄧小平經(jīng)濟(jì)管理思想所蘊(yùn)含的生產(chǎn)力標(biāo)準(zhǔn)原則，權(quán)、責(zé)、利、效相統(tǒng)一原則，以及用經(jīng)濟(jì)方法管理經(jīng)濟(jì)的原則。第三部分，鄧小平經(jīng)濟(jì)管理思想的主要方法，著重分析鄧小平在經(jīng)濟(jì)管理實踐中所運用的科學(xué)管理方法，民主管理方法，目標(biāo)管理方法。第四部分，鄧小平經(jīng)濟(jì)管理思想的重要特征，主要闡明鄧小平經(jīng)濟(jì)管理思想具有的實踐性、科學(xué)性、創(chuàng)造性、開放性四大特征。 鄧小平經(jīng)濟(jì)管理思想博大精深。本文只是初步研究的結(jié)果。許多內(nèi)容更有待進(jìn)一步思考和領(lǐng)會。完整準(zhǔn)確地掌握和運用鄧小平經(jīng)濟(jì)管理思想是一個長期的任務(wù)。
[Abstract]:The thought of Deng Xiaoping economic management refers to the summation of the positions, viewpoints and methods of the contemporary Chinese Communists represented by Deng Xiaoping in the process of our country's economic management. It is an important part of Deng Xiaoping theory. This paper focuses on the two levels, basic principles, main methods, important characteristics of Deng Xiaoping economic management, and discusses these four aspects. The thesis is divided into four parts. The first part, the two levels of Deng Xiaoping economic management thought, mainly reveals the main contents and viewpoints of Deng Xiaoping economic management thoughts from two aspects of macro management and micro management: emphasizing macro control in macro management, In micro-management attention to micro-enliven. The second part, the basic principle of Deng Xiaoping's economic management thought, mainly discusses the principle of standard principle of productivity, the principle of unity of power, responsibility, benefit and effect contained in Deng Xiaoping's thought of economic management, and the principle of using economic method to manage economy. The third part, the main method of Deng Xiaoping economic management thought, emphatically analyzes the scientific management method, the democratic management method and the objective management method used by Deng Xiaoping in the economic management practice. The fourth part, the important characteristics of Deng Xiaoping economic management thought, mainly expounds the practical, scientific, creative and open characteristics of Deng Xiaoping economic management thought. Deng Xiaoping economic management thought is extensive and profound. This paper is only the result of preliminary research. Many of the contents need to be further thought and understood. It is a long-term task to master and apply the thought of Deng Xiaoping economic management completely and accurately.
