【摘要】： 制度變遷理論中,對帶來長期增長趨勢的制度特征的探討始終是缺失的。諾思首創(chuàng)、旨在描述帶來長期增長趨勢之制度結構特征的“適應性效率”理論具有開創(chuàng)性意義。但其理論剛剛建立,雖然提出了相關理論要素,卻沒有揭示出要素之間的聯(lián)系,理論解釋力還需加強。對諾思“適應性效率”理論進行述評和深入探討構成本文的主要研究內容。諾思意義的適應性效率是指,一個社會,由于其制度結構具有適應不確定性的能力,從而呈現(xiàn)長期增長的趨勢。認為,試錯在應對不確定性的過程里,就能夠實現(xiàn)長期增長趨勢。本文指出,試錯與長期增長趨勢并不具備必然的因果關系。因此,諾思的理論沒能在制度、不確定性、試錯與長期增長趨勢之間建立邏輯關系,進而不能真正說明適應性效率的作用機理。本文的研究指出,“試錯”與“長期增長趨勢”二者之間存在一個根本因素,即“知識”。通過引入這個因素,本文就將制度、不確定性、試錯、知識、個體行動和長期增長趨勢鏈接起來,在具有適應性效率特征的制度結構與長期增長趨勢間建立了聯(lián)系,真正說明了適應性效率的作用機理。進而將諾思“適應性效率”的涵義修正為:一個社會,由于其制度結構在應對不確定性的過程中通過不斷引導變化著的個體行動模式而促進知識的充分、正確、協(xié)調運用及更新,從而呈現(xiàn)長期增長的趨勢。接著,本文對適應性效率的形成機理進行了分析,并對我國制度變遷過程中制度結構的適應性效率作出了評價。
[Abstract]:In the theory of institutional change, the discussion of institutional characteristics that bring about long-term growth trend is always missing. The theory of adaptive efficiency, which aims to describe the characteristics of institutional structure with long-term growth trend, was pioneered by North. But its theory has just been established, although it has put forward the relevant theoretical elements, it does not reveal the relationship between the elements, and the theoretical explanation needs to be strengthened. The main content of this thesis is to review and probe into the theory of adaptive efficiency. The adaptive efficiency in the sense of Norse refers to a society whose institutional structure has the ability to adapt to uncertainty and thus presents a trend of long-term growth. It is believed that trial and error can achieve long-term growth trend in the process of dealing with uncertainty. This paper points out that there is no causal relationship between trial and error and long-term growth trend. Therefore, Norse's theory failed to establish a logical relationship between institution, uncertainty, trial and error and long-term growth trend, and thus could not really explain the mechanism of adaptive efficiency. This paper points out that there is a fundamental factor between trial and error and long-term growth trend, that is, knowledge. By introducing this factor, this paper links the institutional, uncertainty, trial and error, knowledge, individual action and long-term growth trend, and establishes a link between the institutional structure with adaptive efficiency characteristics and the long-term growth trend. The mechanism of adaptive efficiency is explained. Then, the meaning of "adaptive efficiency" of Norse is revised as: a society, because its institutional structure promotes the adequacy and correctness of knowledge by constantly guiding the changing individual action pattern in the process of dealing with uncertainty. Coordinate use and update, thus showing a long-term trend of growth. Then, this paper analyzes the formation mechanism of adaptive efficiency, and evaluates the adaptive efficiency of institutional structure in the process of institutional change in China.
