【摘要】：生產(chǎn)力標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是社會主義政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的核心,無論從政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的理論還是現(xiàn)實(shí)來看,解放和發(fā)展生產(chǎn)力都是社會主義經(jīng)濟(jì)的出發(fā)點(diǎn)和落腳點(diǎn),是判定社會主義政治方向的重大標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。在理論上,生產(chǎn)力標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求發(fā)揮好人這個生產(chǎn)力中最活躍因素的作用,用市場決定資源配置優(yōu)化分工和生產(chǎn)組織形式,發(fā)揮科學(xué)技術(shù)作為第一生產(chǎn)力的作用,不斷提升國家治理體系和治理能力現(xiàn)代化水平。在實(shí)踐中,生產(chǎn)力標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求深化供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革、正確處理政府與市場關(guān)系、健全完善市場體制、推進(jìn)重點(diǎn)領(lǐng)域和關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)改革,不斷破除束縛和阻礙生產(chǎn)力發(fā)展的體制機(jī)制弊端,以確保黨的長期執(zhí)政地位,使中國特色社會主義事業(yè)具有持久生命力。
[Abstract]:The standard of productive forces is the core of socialist political economy. In terms of both the theory of political economy and the reality, emancipation and development of productive forces are the starting point and foothold of socialist economy. It is a major standard for judging the direction of socialist politics. In theory, the standard of productivity requires that good people be the most active factor in the productive forces, that the market determines the allocation of resources and optimize the division of labor and the form of production organization, and that science and technology play a role as the primary productive forces. Constantly improve the national governance system and governance capacity modernization level. In practice, productivity standards require deepening supply-side structural reforms, correctly handling the relationship between the government and the market, improving the market system, and pushing forward reforms in key areas and key links. In order to ensure the long-term ruling position of the Party and make the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics have lasting vitality, we should constantly break down the defects of the system and mechanism that bind and hinder the development of productive forces.
