【摘要】：污水集中處理資金投入大,要想吸引大批社會(huì)資本進(jìn)入,必須突破現(xiàn)有污水收費(fèi)模式,探索新的可行的收費(fèi)模式。本文從城市污水處理收費(fèi)現(xiàn)狀及目前存在的四點(diǎn)問題出發(fā),探索新的收費(fèi)模式,并以A污水處理公司為例,提出可行的解決辦法。
[Abstract]:If we want to attract a large number of social capital, we must break through the existing sewage charging model and explore a new and feasible charging model. Starting from the current situation of urban sewage treatment charges and four problems, this paper explores a new charging model, and takes A sewage treatment company as an example to put forward feasible solutions.
