【摘要】：發(fā)展理論認(rèn)為結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型導(dǎo)致了增長(zhǎng),增長(zhǎng)理論認(rèn)為增長(zhǎng)帶來(lái)了結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型,理論的沖突源自于分析框架不同。新增長(zhǎng)理論中單部門增長(zhǎng)模型借鑒了發(fā)展理論兩種技術(shù)兩種生產(chǎn)方式的假定,從而模型中關(guān)于技術(shù)選擇的問題在本質(zhì)上等同于結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型但無(wú)法在形式上討論;多部門增長(zhǎng)模型更進(jìn)一步討論了結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型的三種動(dòng)力,試圖整合發(fā)展理論,但是依舊無(wú)法模型化從馬爾薩斯陷阱向平衡增長(zhǎng)階段的跨越。統(tǒng)一增長(zhǎng)理論借鑒了演化經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的方法構(gòu)建了能夠完整描述經(jīng)濟(jì)從馬爾薩斯陷阱到平衡增長(zhǎng)的全過程,但在結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型的處理上又向新增長(zhǎng)理論的方法論回歸,雖然在融合增長(zhǎng)理論和發(fā)展理論上邁出了重要的步伐,但是在方法論和模型設(shè)定上存在著無(wú)法與新增長(zhǎng)理論融合的問題。新的理論研究要求構(gòu)建能夠整合長(zhǎng)期增長(zhǎng)、結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型、人口轉(zhuǎn)型、駝峰型增長(zhǎng)的統(tǒng)一增長(zhǎng)模型。
[Abstract]:The theory of development holds that structural transformation leads to growth, and growth theory thinks that growth brings about structural transformation. The conflict of theory comes from the difference of analytical framework. In the new growth theory, the single-sector growth model draws lessons from the hypothesis of two kinds of technology and two modes of production in the theory of development, so the problem of technological choice in the model is essentially equivalent to structural transformation but can not be discussed in form. The multi-sector growth model further discusses the three driving forces of structural transformation and attempts to integrate the theory of development, but it is still unable to model the transition from the Malthus trap to the stage of balanced growth. The unified growth theory draws lessons from the method of evolutionary economics to construct the whole process of describing the economy from Malthus trap to balanced growth, but it returns to the methodology of new growth theory in the process of structural transformation. Although important steps have been taken in the integration of growth theory and development theory, there are problems in methodology and model setting that cannot be integrated with the new growth theory. The new theoretical research requires the establishment of a unified growth model that can integrate long-term growth, structural transformation, population transformation, and hump growth.
