【摘要】： 財(cái)富問題是經(jīng)濟(jì)理論研究的永恒主題。當(dāng)今世界正經(jīng)歷著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化、財(cái)富多樣化、財(cái)富效應(yīng)極化的深刻變化,特別是財(cái)富結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)換呈現(xiàn)出的極化效應(yīng)正影響著世界的格局,改變著人們的價(jià)值觀和社會生活。正處于經(jīng)濟(jì)社會轉(zhuǎn)型期的中國同樣面臨著財(cái)富結(jié)構(gòu)的轉(zhuǎn)換問題,如何壯大發(fā)展財(cái)富、調(diào)整優(yōu)化財(cái)富結(jié)構(gòu)、實(shí)現(xiàn)財(cái)富結(jié)構(gòu)的和諧轉(zhuǎn)換,既是社會主義共同富裕目標(biāo)的根本要求,也是落實(shí)科學(xué)發(fā)展觀、構(gòu)建和諧社會的題中應(yīng)有之義。 本研究在對財(cái)富結(jié)構(gòu)及其相關(guān)概念準(zhǔn)確定義的基礎(chǔ)上,考察分析了財(cái)富結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)換的一般軌跡、基本特征和作用機(jī)制,探究了現(xiàn)階段中國財(cái)富結(jié)構(gòu)的狀態(tài)及其變化趨勢,深入分析了中國現(xiàn)階段財(cái)富結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)換的突出問題及原因,探討了推動中國財(cái)富結(jié)構(gòu)良性轉(zhuǎn)換、達(dá)到和諧狀態(tài)的對策措施。主要內(nèi)容如下: 第一,系統(tǒng)梳理了馬克思主義經(jīng)典作家和中國共產(chǎn)黨三代領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體關(guān)于財(cái)富及財(cái)富結(jié)構(gòu)運(yùn)動變化的有關(guān)論述,比較分析了當(dāng)前國內(nèi)外學(xué)者關(guān)于財(cái)富結(jié)構(gòu)問題的最新研究成果,為本論文深入研究財(cái)富理論、科學(xué)界定財(cái)富結(jié)構(gòu)的內(nèi)涵與特征奠定了理論基礎(chǔ)。 第二,科學(xué)界定了財(cái)富結(jié)構(gòu)的基本內(nèi)涵,合理劃分了財(cái)富結(jié)構(gòu)的基本構(gòu)成,抽象概括了人類社會財(cái)富結(jié)構(gòu)的一般特征和轉(zhuǎn)換軌跡,并對人類社會財(cái)富結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)換的作用機(jī)制作了理論上的高度概括,從而為分析中國財(cái)富結(jié)構(gòu)問題提供理論依據(jù)。論文認(rèn)為,財(cái)富結(jié)構(gòu)作為財(cái)富系統(tǒng)內(nèi)各要素之間相互聯(lián)系、相互作用的有機(jī)整體,在生產(chǎn)力和生產(chǎn)關(guān)系矛盾運(yùn)動規(guī)律的作用下,其實(shí)物形態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)、社會形態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)、主體結(jié)構(gòu)和空間結(jié)構(gòu)在不同社會或同一社會的不同時(shí)期呈現(xiàn)出不同的特征。 第三,考察分析了我國財(cái)富結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)換的歷史軌跡,探討了我國財(cái)富實(shí)物形態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)、社會形態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)、主體結(jié)構(gòu)和空間結(jié)構(gòu)演進(jìn)中呈現(xiàn)出的階段性特征。論文認(rèn)為,中國的財(cái)富結(jié)構(gòu)既在古代文明的創(chuàng)造中推動引領(lǐng)過世界財(cái)富結(jié)構(gòu)的轉(zhuǎn)換,也在近現(xiàn)代世界財(cái)富結(jié)構(gòu)快速轉(zhuǎn)換升級中停滯不前,又在改革開放的大潮中財(cái)富結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)生著急劇的轉(zhuǎn)換,并向世界昭示著未來中國和諧財(cái)富結(jié)構(gòu)的轉(zhuǎn)換目標(biāo)。 第四,深入探討了我國現(xiàn)階段財(cái)富結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)換的基本特征,在對現(xiàn)階段我國財(cái)富結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)換的促動因素進(jìn)行分析的基礎(chǔ)上,揭示了我國財(cái)富結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)換的發(fā)展趨勢。論文認(rèn)為,與改革開放不斷深入、經(jīng)濟(jì)總量快速增長、社會事業(yè)不斷進(jìn)步相伴隨,我國財(cái)富生產(chǎn)力不斷提高,財(cái)富結(jié)構(gòu)的實(shí)物形態(tài)和社會形態(tài)不斷涌現(xiàn),并在主體間和空間上呈現(xiàn)出集聚和分化的階段性特征;同時(shí),在生產(chǎn)力和生產(chǎn)關(guān)系矛盾運(yùn)動的作用下,這些階段性特征呈現(xiàn)出不斷被強(qiáng)化的趨勢。 第五,深入分析了我國現(xiàn)階段財(cái)富結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)換的突出問題、影響及原因。論文認(rèn)為,我國現(xiàn)階段財(cái)富結(jié)構(gòu)存在實(shí)物形態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)的質(zhì)量矛盾、社會形態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)的不合理、主體結(jié)構(gòu)的失衡、空間結(jié)構(gòu)的不協(xié)調(diào)等問題。其中,財(cái)富主體結(jié)構(gòu)和空間結(jié)構(gòu)的失衡成為我國財(cái)富結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)換中的突出問題,已成為影響經(jīng)濟(jì)增長、社會穩(wěn)定的重要因素。造成財(cái)富結(jié)構(gòu)不和諧的原因在于財(cái)富生產(chǎn)能力的不足和財(cái)富制度的扭曲。 第六,嘗試界定了和諧財(cái)富觀的內(nèi)涵與特征,明確提出了我國現(xiàn)階段財(cái)富結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)換的基本目標(biāo),探討設(shè)計(jì)了財(cái)富結(jié)構(gòu)和諧轉(zhuǎn)換的路徑與對策。論文認(rèn)為,和諧社會財(cái)富觀是指在馬克思主義、毛澤東思想、中國特色社會主義理論指導(dǎo)下,正確看待財(cái)富,科學(xué)發(fā)展財(cái)富,合理合法謀取財(cái)富、分配財(cái)富和支配財(cái)富,實(shí)現(xiàn)人與人之間、人與自然之間、經(jīng)濟(jì)與社會之間、地區(qū)與地區(qū)之間利益關(guān)系協(xié)調(diào)持續(xù)健康發(fā)展的財(cái)富觀。我國現(xiàn)階段的財(cái)富結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)換,必須從社會主義社會和諧財(cái)富觀出發(fā),以社會主義和諧社會的目標(biāo)和主要任務(wù)為重點(diǎn),推進(jìn)財(cái)富結(jié)構(gòu)的演進(jìn)、升級,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)財(cái)富結(jié)構(gòu)由不和諧向和諧轉(zhuǎn)換。財(cái)富結(jié)構(gòu)和諧轉(zhuǎn)換的基本途徑就是在不斷提高社會財(cái)富創(chuàng)造力的前提下,加快財(cái)富增長方式的轉(zhuǎn)變和財(cái)富制度的創(chuàng)新。
[Abstract]:The wealth problem is the eternal theme of economic theory research . The world is experiencing the profound changes of economic globalization , wealth diversification and wealth effect polarization , especially the transformation of wealth structure . It is also confronted with the transformation of wealth structure , how to expand the wealth , adjust the structure of wealth , realize the harmonious transformation of wealth structure , not only the fundamental requirement of the common prosperity goal of socialism , but also the meaning of the realization of the scientific development view and the construction of harmonious society .



Based on the definition of wealth structure and its related concepts , this study examines the general trajectory , basic characteristics and mechanism of wealth structure transformation , explores the status and trends of wealth structure in China at this stage , analyzes the outstanding problems and causes of the transformation of wealth structure in China at present , and probes into the countermeasures to promote the benign transformation of wealth structure in China and reach the harmonious state .



First , the system sorts out the relevant exposition of the changes of wealth and wealth structure movement of Marxist classical writers and the three generations of leading groups of the Communist Party of China , and compares the latest research results of scholars on wealth structure at home and abroad , and lays a theoretical foundation for the study of wealth theory and defining the connotation and characteristics of wealth structure .



Second , science defines the basic connotation of wealth structure , divides the basic structure of wealth structure reasonably , summarizes the general character and conversion track of wealth structure of human society , and provides theoretical basis for the analysis of the structure of wealth structure in China .



Third , the study analyzes the historical track of wealth structure transformation in China , discusses the stage characteristics of wealth physical form structure , social form structure , subject structure and spatial structure evolution in China .



Fourthly , the basic characteristics of wealth structure transformation in our country are discussed in depth . On the basis of analyzing the factors of wealth structure transformation in our country , the author points out that it is accompanied by the deepening of reform and opening up , the rapid growth of the total economy and the continuous progress of social undertakings .



The fifth , deeply analyzes the outstanding problems , influences and causes of the transformation of wealth structure in our country at present . The paper holds that the unbalance of wealth structure and spatial structure becomes a prominent problem in the transformation of wealth structure in our country , which has become an important factor in the transformation of wealth structure in our country .



Sixth , trying to define the connotation and characteristics of the harmonious wealth view , put forward the basic goal of the transformation of wealth structure in our country , and discuss the path and countermeasure of the harmonious transformation of wealth structure .
