【摘要】：從經(jīng)濟學角度看,霧霾是一定經(jīng)濟發(fā)展階段的產(chǎn)物。但是每個國家都有自己獨特的國情,探索了中國十一五十二五期間中國嚴重霧霾的起因和經(jīng)濟學原理。在傳統(tǒng)對污染的經(jīng)濟學研究基礎上,把政府政策、措施的制定作為一個內(nèi)生變量,加入微觀博弈的方法來分析中國后工業(yè)化時代政府與污染企業(yè)的互相作用,從"中國模式"的高度探索中國特色內(nèi)生治理模式。
[Abstract]:From an economic point of view, haze is the product of a certain stage of economic development. However, each country has its own unique national conditions and explores the causes and economic principles of China's serious haze during the period of the 11th Five-Year Plan. On the basis of traditional economic research on pollution, the formulation of government policies and measures is regarded as an endogenous variable, and the micro-game method is added to analyze the interaction between government and polluting enterprises in the post-industrial era of China. Exploring the endogenous governance model with Chinese characteristics from the perspective of "Chinese model".
