【摘要】：中國特色社會主義政治經(jīng)濟學是中國化馬克思主義整體的組成部分,它的進一步集成創(chuàng)新必須以整體的治國理政理論和方略作為出發(fā)點和歸宿,為這個總目標提供理論支持�？傮w上說,中國特色社會主義整體政治經(jīng)濟學,要把握兩大原理、兩個結(jié)合:兩大原理是社會化生產(chǎn)力與社會化生產(chǎn)關(guān)系的統(tǒng)一、社會基本矛盾運動的辯證法;兩個結(jié)合是與中國社會主義大國發(fā)展改革實踐結(jié)合、與世界時代發(fā)展趨勢的特點結(jié)合。由此形成的歷史的大邏輯,乃是客觀經(jīng)濟社會規(guī)律的體現(xiàn),按照這個大邏輯系統(tǒng)地治國理政是發(fā)展大勢之必需。同這個大邏輯相適應(yīng)的中國特色社會主義政治經(jīng)濟學應(yīng)當創(chuàng)新整體經(jīng)濟學,統(tǒng)領(lǐng)全部經(jīng)濟學科建設(shè)。在經(jīng)濟領(lǐng)域要協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展形成整體經(jīng)濟優(yōu)勢,從而在總體上協(xié)調(diào)經(jīng)濟領(lǐng)域與上層建筑和文化領(lǐng)域,最終在全球視野中把握黨的領(lǐng)導、社會主義和馬克思主義的政治優(yōu)越性以及中國的自主性和獨立性。
[Abstract]:The political economy of socialism with Chinese characteristics is an integral part of Marxism in China. Its further integration and innovation must take the theory and strategy of governing the country as a whole as the starting point and destination, and provide theoretical support for this general goal. Generally speaking, the whole political economy of socialism with Chinese characteristics should grasp two major principles, the two principles are the unity of socialized productive forces and socialized productive relations, and the dialectics of the social basic contradiction movement; The two combinations are combined with the practice of the development and reform of China's socialist powers and with the characteristics of the development trend of the world era. The great logic of history formed from this is the embodiment of the objective economic and social law, and it is necessary for the development of the general trend to rule the country systematically according to this great logic. The political economy of socialism with Chinese characteristics should innovate the whole economics and lead the construction of the whole economic discipline. In the economic field, it is necessary to coordinate development to form an overall economic advantage, so as to coordinate the economic field with the superstructure and cultural fields in general, and finally grasp the leadership of the Party in the global vision. The political superiority of socialism and Marxism and China's autonomy and independence.
