【摘要】："民生"是一個涵蓋經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、社會、文化甚至生態(tài)的綜合性概念,亦是經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)研究的重要內(nèi)容。在經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)視閾下,"民生"主要是指關(guān)系國民生計的經(jīng)濟(jì)活動及規(guī)律,是經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)和上層建筑的辯證統(tǒng)一。民生經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的理性假設(shè)應(yīng)基于價值理性,而非自利理性。從范式結(jié)構(gòu)來看,民生經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)作為一門既古老又新興的學(xué)問,應(yīng)是在吸取古今中外關(guān)于民生問題的典籍的思想精華基礎(chǔ)上,運用市場經(jīng)濟(jì)理論的原理、方法和觀點,結(jié)合所研究的國家或地區(qū)的民生問題現(xiàn)實情況,搭建和完善科學(xué)的范式結(jié)構(gòu)。民生經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)范式的重要任務(wù)就是將經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域中與社會民生有關(guān)的規(guī)律進(jìn)行解析、展開,對問題成因進(jìn)行深入剖析,使之具體化,并運用于解決社會民生問題的實踐領(lǐng)域,為廣大民眾服務(wù),實現(xiàn)共享發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:People's livelihood is a comprehensive concept covering economy, politics, society, culture and even ecology. From the perspective of economics, "people's livelihood" mainly refers to the economic activities and laws related to the livelihood of the people, and is the dialectical unity between the economic base and the superstructure. The rational hypothesis of livelihood economics should be based on value rationality, not self-interest rationality. From the perspective of paradigm structure, people's livelihood economics, as an ancient and emerging science, should be based on absorbing the essence of ancient and modern Chinese and foreign classics on people's livelihood issues, and applying the principles, methods and viewpoints of market economy theory. According to the reality of livelihood problems in the countries or regions studied, the scientific paradigm structure is built and perfected. The important task of the paradigm of people's livelihood economics is to analyze and unfold the laws related to the social and livelihood in the economic field, to analyze the causes of the problems in depth, to make them concrete, and to apply them to the practical field of solving the social and livelihood problems. To serve the masses and achieve shared development.
