【摘要】：生產(chǎn)資料公有制是社會主義經(jīng)濟制度的本質(zhì)特征,政府和市場是市場經(jīng)濟中的主體和客體。公有制與市場經(jīng)濟的結(jié)合是構建中國特色社會主義政治經(jīng)濟學理論的首要問題和基礎,形成和貫穿于其中的市場和政府及相互關系是其主題和核心,具有幾千年文化歷史的發(fā)展中大國——中國的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展理論和道路是構建中國特色社會主義政治經(jīng)濟學理論的重點和關鍵。
[Abstract]:The public ownership of the means of production is the essential feature of the socialist economic system, and the government and the market are the subject and object of the market economy. The combination of public ownership and market economy is the primary problem and foundation of constructing the theory of political economy with Chinese characteristics, and the formation and penetration of the market and government and their mutual relations are its theme and core. The economic development theory and road of China, a developing country with thousands of years of culture and history, is the focus and key point of constructing the theory of political economy with Chinese characteristics.
