【摘要】: 毛澤東、鄧小平、江澤民經(jīng)濟(jì)倫理思想是指以馬克思主義經(jīng)濟(jì)倫理思想為指導(dǎo),緊密聯(lián)系現(xiàn)實(shí)中國的具體國情,在我國社會發(fā)展的不同歷史時(shí)期所提出的經(jīng)濟(jì)倫理思想。它是我們黨自覺堅(jiān)持和發(fā)展馬克思主義經(jīng)濟(jì)倫理思想的理論成果,也是引領(lǐng)、規(guī)范我國社會經(jīng)濟(jì)生活以及人們經(jīng)濟(jì)行為的道德價(jià)值準(zhǔn)則,對我國社會主義經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)產(chǎn)生了巨大的推動(dòng)作用和深遠(yuǎn)的實(shí)踐影響。本文依據(jù)馬克思主義經(jīng)濟(jì)倫理思想的基本原理,從理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合、歷史與現(xiàn)實(shí)相結(jié)合的角度,比較研究毛澤東、鄧小平、江澤民經(jīng)濟(jì)倫理思想,具有實(shí)踐意義和理論價(jià)值。 毛澤東、鄧小平、江澤民經(jīng)濟(jì)倫理思想的形成有其不同的社會歷史條件。毛澤東經(jīng)濟(jì)倫理思想的形成以戰(zhàn)爭與革命為時(shí)代主題,所要解決的國內(nèi)問題以階級斗爭為綱。鄧小平、江澤民經(jīng)濟(jì)倫理思想的形成以和平與發(fā)展為時(shí)代主題,改革開放是鄧小平經(jīng)濟(jì)倫理思想所要解決的國內(nèi)主要問題,深化改革開放是時(shí)代對江澤民提出的新要求。他們所面對的國際環(huán)境越來越具有挑戰(zhàn)性,所要解決的國內(nèi)難題越來越具有緊迫性,三者在不同的歷史階段實(shí)現(xiàn)了馬克思主義經(jīng)濟(jì)倫理思想和中國特色社會主義的結(jié)合。 毛澤東、鄧小平、江澤民經(jīng)濟(jì)倫理思想的比較研究,從生產(chǎn)、交換、分配、消費(fèi)四個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)來看各俱特色。毛澤東經(jīng)濟(jì)倫理思想產(chǎn)生于計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代,他強(qiáng)調(diào)獨(dú)立自主、艱苦奮斗的精神,確立了按勞分配制度,主張平等互利、社會公平,注重精神文明等,這些經(jīng)濟(jì)倫理思想在今天看來仍有現(xiàn)實(shí)指導(dǎo)意義。但他重農(nóng)抑商、重義輕利、褒公貶私等經(jīng)濟(jì)倫理思想,需要我們結(jié)合特定的歷史條件,加以新的理解和應(yīng)用;鄧小平經(jīng)濟(jì)倫理思想在社會主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)確立過程中逐步形成,適應(yīng)時(shí)代要求,主張改革開放、競先創(chuàng)新,確立了以按勞分配為主體的多種分配方式,注重效率優(yōu)先、兼顧公平,義利并重、公私兼顧,反對平均主義,提倡物質(zhì)文明與精神文明的統(tǒng)一等經(jīng)濟(jì)倫理思想;江澤民經(jīng)濟(jì)倫理思想在社會主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)條件逐步完善過程中形成,吸收鄧小平經(jīng)濟(jì)倫理思想的一系列看法,進(jìn)而確立了勞動(dòng)、資本、技術(shù)和管理等生產(chǎn)要素按貢獻(xiàn)參與分配的原則,既注重效率又維護(hù)社會公平,更加重視人民生活質(zhì)量的提高,提倡合理的綠色的消費(fèi)觀等思想,處處折射出其可持續(xù)發(fā)展的倫理理念?傊,毛澤東與鄧小平、江澤民的經(jīng)濟(jì)倫理思想差異性較突出,鄧小平與江澤民經(jīng)濟(jì)倫理思想共生性較明顯。 綜上比較,毛澤東、鄧小平、江澤民經(jīng)濟(jì)倫理思想的理論共性表現(xiàn)為:馬克思主義經(jīng)濟(jì)倫理思想是其共同的理論淵源,堅(jiān)持從人民利益出發(fā)是其共同的出發(fā)點(diǎn),實(shí)現(xiàn)共同富裕是其共同的理論歸宿,堅(jiān)持中國特色社會主義道路是其共同的理論特點(diǎn)等。隨著我國社會主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的建立和完善,社會中的經(jīng)濟(jì)成分、組織形式、利益分配和就業(yè)方式日益多樣化,經(jīng)濟(jì)生活中的不道德現(xiàn)象時(shí)有發(fā)生,市場經(jīng)濟(jì)和道德建設(shè)關(guān)系問題成了當(dāng)前我國經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展中必須思考和解決的現(xiàn)實(shí)問題。對毛澤東、鄧小平、江澤民經(jīng)濟(jì)倫理思想進(jìn)行實(shí)事求是的研究,可以為社會主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)條件下的思想道德建設(shè)和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展提供科學(xué)的理論指導(dǎo),有助于經(jīng)濟(jì)與社會的和諧發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping, Jiang Zemin's economic ethics thought refers to the economic ethics thought which is put forward in the different historical period of China's social development with the guidance of Marx's economic ethics thought, closely related to the actual conditions of China and the different historical periods of our country's social development. It is the theoretical achievement of our party's conscientious adherence to and development of Marx's economic ethics. It also leads, standardizing the moral values of our country's social and economic life and the economic behavior of the people, which has great impetus and far-reaching practical influence on the construction of our country's socialist economy. This article, based on the basic principles of Marx's economic ethics, combines theory with practice, and a combination of history and reality. A comparative study of Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping and Jiang Zemin's economic ethics has practical significance and theoretical value.
The formation of Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping, Jiang Zemin's economic ethics thought has its different social and historical conditions. The formation of Mao Zedong's economic ethics thought is the theme of war and revolution, and the domestic problems to be solved are class struggle as the outline. Deng Xiaoping, Jiang Zemin's economic ethics thought is the theme of peace and development as the theme of the times and reform. It is a major domestic problem to be solved by Deng Xiaoping's economic ethics. Deepening the reform and opening up is a new requirement for Jiang Zemin. The international environment they face is becoming more and more challenging. The domestic problems to be solved are more and more urgent. The three people have realized Marx's economic ethics at different historical stages. The combination of thought and socialism with Chinese characteristics.
The comparative study of Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping and Jiang Zemin's economic ethics thought from four aspects of production, exchange, distribution and consumption. Mao Zedong's economic ethics thought came into being in the era of planned economy. He emphasized the spirit of independence and hard work, established the system of distribution according to work, advocated equality and mutual benefit, social fairness, and emphasized spiritual writing. These economic ethics thoughts still have practical guiding significance today. However, the economic ethics of Deng Xiaoping's economic ethics should be gradually formed in the process of socialistic market economy. It is necessary to advocate reform and opening up and innovate first, establish a variety of distribution methods based on labor distribution, pay attention to efficiency priority, give consideration to fairness, pay equal attention to justice and benefit, give consideration to public and private, oppose equalitarianism, advocate the unity of material civilization and spiritual civilization, and Jiang Zemin's economic ethics thought in socialist market economy conditions. In the process of perfecting the process, it absorbs a series of views on Deng Xiaoping's economic ethics thought, and then establishes the principle of labor, capital, technology and management to participate in the distribution according to contribution. It not only pays attention to efficiency but also maintains social fairness, pays more attention to the improvement of the people's quality of life, and advocates a reasonable green concept of consumption, which is reflected everywhere. In a word, Mao Zedong and Deng Xiaoping, Jiang Zemin's economic ethics difference is more prominent, Deng Xiaoping and Jiang Zemin economic ethics thought symbiotic more obvious.
To sum up, the theoretical generality of Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping and Jiang Zemin's economic ethics thought is as follows: the common theoretical origin of Marx's economic ethics is its common theoretical origin. It is its common starting point to adhere to the interests of the people, and the common prosperity is the common theoretical result of realizing common prosperity, and the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics is its common reason. With the establishment and improvement of the socialist market economic system in China, the economic components, the organizational forms, the distribution of interests and the way of employment in the society are increasingly diversified. The immoral phenomena in the economic life have occurred. The problems of the relationship between market economy and moral construction have become a must for the current economic and social development of our country. The research on Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping and Jiang Zemin's economic ethics can provide scientific theoretical guidance for the ideological and moral construction and economic development under the conditions of socialist market economy, and help the harmonious development of economy and society.
