【摘要】： 知識經(jīng)濟作為一種全新的經(jīng)濟形態(tài)，與農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟和工業(yè)經(jīng)濟有著本質(zhì)的 區(qū)別。 在知識經(jīng)濟時代，國際競爭力的要素發(fā)生了根本變革，知識力成為國際 競爭力的中心。為了迎接知識經(jīng)濟的來臨，增強在知識經(jīng)濟時代的國際競爭 力，，世界各國競相實施各種戰(zhàn)略決策發(fā)展知識經(jīng)濟，以其在未來的國際格局 中占據(jù)應(yīng)有的地位。 由于我國還是發(fā)展中國家，生產(chǎn)力整體發(fā)展水平還比較低，面臨著實現(xiàn) 工業(yè)化和發(fā)展知識經(jīng)濟的雙重壓力，因此，在發(fā)展知識經(jīng)濟增強國際競爭力 的過程中，面臨著巨大的壓力和嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn)。面對挑戰(zhàn)，我國采取了一系列 戰(zhàn)略決策來發(fā)展知識經(jīng)濟提升國際競爭力。本文在系統(tǒng)地闡述了知識經(jīng)濟和 國際競爭力及其關(guān)系的基礎(chǔ)上，著重從科教力、產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力和國家創(chuàng)新能力 三個方面論述了知識經(jīng)濟對中國國際競爭力的挑戰(zhàn)，并在此基礎(chǔ)上說明我國 應(yīng)采取的對策。
