【摘要】： 王任重提出了一系列發(fā)展農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟的思想。在農(nóng)業(yè)合作化方面，，他主張將其作為過渡時期農(nóng)村工作的中心，認真貫徹黨提出的方針政策，他主張完善合作社經(jīng)營管理制度，對怎樣在農(nóng)業(yè)合作社實行計劃管理、勞動定額管理、責任制管理和民主管理提出了具體辦法。在農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化方面，他豐富了農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的內(nèi)涵，主張走中國式的現(xiàn)代化道路，加快農(nóng)業(yè)科技進步，主張農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化要因地制宜，抓住重點。他還指出了加快農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的其它途徑，主張堅持農(nóng)、林、牧、副、漁全面發(fā)展的方針；主張切實維護農(nóng)民利益，建設(shè)社會主義的新農(nóng)村；主張對農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟體制進行改革，鼓勵發(fā)展個體經(jīng)濟，提倡農(nóng)工商一體化。
[Abstract]:Wang Renzhong put forward a series of thoughts of developing agricultural economy. In the area of agricultural cooperation, he advocated that it should be regarded as the center of rural work during the transitional period, that he should conscientiously carry out the principles and policies put forward by the Party, and that he should improve the cooperative management system and how to implement planned management in agricultural cooperatives. The labor quota management, the responsibility system management and the democratic management proposed the concrete method. In the aspect of agricultural modernization, he enriched the connotation of agricultural modernization, advocated the Chinese way of modernization, quickened the progress of agricultural science and technology, and advocated that agricultural modernization should be adapted to local conditions and grasp the key points. He also pointed out other ways to speed up the development of agriculture, advocated upholding the policy of comprehensive development of agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, sideline and fishery; advocated earnestly safeguarding the interests of peasants and building a new socialist countryside; and advocated the reform of the rural economic system. We should encourage the development of the individual economy and promote the integration of agriculture and industry.
