【摘要】：李約瑟之謎不僅是對(duì)現(xiàn)代科技起源的詰問(wèn),更是文明轉(zhuǎn)換背景下的經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型問(wèn)題。本文從路徑生成、穩(wěn)定與分化三個(gè)相互繼起的環(huán)節(jié)比較分析了中西方經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型路徑的演化過(guò)程,提出"制度變遷—技術(shù)進(jìn)步—結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)變"具有多向度機(jī)制的解釋性假說(shuō)。研究認(rèn)為,制度初始稟賦孕育出的經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型路徑生成力量構(gòu)成制度動(dòng)態(tài)約束條件分叉的動(dòng)力源,技術(shù)層面路徑構(gòu)建力量能否實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)制度層面路徑依賴(lài)力量的有效沖擊是科技分化現(xiàn)象產(chǎn)生的關(guān)鍵,系統(tǒng)內(nèi)選擇機(jī)制與創(chuàng)新機(jī)制作用下的分化路徑組合引起了經(jīng)濟(jì)形態(tài)與增長(zhǎng)表現(xiàn)的分流。構(gòu)建包容性制度環(huán)境、轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展模式、重視創(chuàng)新與選擇機(jī)制的結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)變效應(yīng)是歷史賦予未來(lái)轉(zhuǎn)型挑戰(zhàn)的規(guī)律性啟示。
[Abstract]:Joseph Needham's mystery is not only a question of the origin of modern science and technology, but also a question of economic transformation under the background of civilization transformation. This paper makes a comparative analysis of the evolution process of the economic transition path between China and the West from the three links of path generation, stability and differentiation, and puts forward the explanatory hypothesis that "institutional vicissitude, technological progress and structural transformation" has a multi-directional mechanism. It is considered that the generating force of the economic transition path generated by the initial endowment of the institution constitutes the power source of the bifurcation of the system's dynamic constraint conditions. The key to the phenomenon of scientific and technological differentiation is whether the construction power of the technological path can achieve the effective impact on the power of path dependence at the institutional level. The combination of differentiation path under the action of system selection mechanism and innovation mechanism leads to the separation of economic form and growth performance. Constructing an inclusive institutional environment, changing the economic development model, and paying attention to the structural transformation effect of innovation and selection mechanism are the regular revelations that history gives to the challenge of future transformation.
