【摘要】：陳云財(cái)政金融思想在新中國(guó)社會(huì)主義建設(shè)的實(shí)踐中取得了巨大成就,為中國(guó)發(fā)展成為世界經(jīng)濟(jì)大國(guó)做出了重要貢獻(xiàn)。新中國(guó)成立以來(lái),陳云財(cái)政金融思想一直被視為我國(guó)社會(huì)主義財(cái)政金融思想的主體之一。在當(dāng)前綜錯(cuò)復(fù)雜的國(guó)內(nèi)外形勢(shì)下,學(xué)習(xí)重溫陳云財(cái)政金融思想與實(shí)踐,對(duì)于充分正確認(rèn)識(shí)和發(fā)揮財(cái)政金融特有的職能作用,貫徹落實(shí)黨中央決策部署,具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文回顧了陳云的財(cái)政金融思想與實(shí)踐舉措,并結(jié)合當(dāng)前的現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題,探析了對(duì)防控化解財(cái)政金融風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的啟示。
[Abstract]:Chen Yun's financial and financial thoughts have made great achievements in the practice of socialist construction in New China and made important contributions to the development of China as a world economic power. Since the founding of new China, Chen Yun's financial and financial thoughts have been regarded as one of the main bodies of our socialist financial and financial thoughts.
