【摘要】：[目的 /意義]我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)入"新常態(tài)"的發(fā)展階段,以互聯(lián)網(wǎng)為代表的信息技術(shù)已然成為重要的經(jīng)濟(jì)引擎,在此背景下,由中國(guó)信息經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)會(huì)舉辦的主題為"信息經(jīng)濟(jì)理論創(chuàng)新與中國(guó)問題"的2016年度學(xué)術(shù)年會(huì)順利召開。為了幫助學(xué)界了解在本次學(xué)術(shù)論壇上各位學(xué)者的最新研究成果,精準(zhǔn)把握信息經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的研究動(dòng)態(tài),[方法 /過程]本文根據(jù)會(huì)議主題和分論壇議題及討論,以"信息經(jīng)濟(jì)統(tǒng)計(jì)測(cè)算與預(yù)測(cè)研究"、"政府管理的信息經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)研究"、"ICT對(duì)企業(yè)管理的影響研究"和"用戶信息行為研究"4個(gè)方面為主題綜述此次論壇的研究成果,[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]發(fā)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)有研究方法趨向規(guī)范化和多元化,重視理論和實(shí)踐的對(duì)話,諸多視角極具創(chuàng)新;尚存在"樣本選擇不全面"、"操作化測(cè)量欠準(zhǔn)確"等問題,復(fù)雜情景下的多視角和多方法的結(jié)合是未來(lái)值得關(guān)注的研究方向。
[Abstract]:[purpose / significance] China's economy has entered the stage of development of the "new normal", and information technology, represented by the Internet, has become an important economic engine. The 2016 annual academic conference on the theme of "Innovation of Information economy Theory and China problem", organized by the China Information economy Society, was held smoothly. In order to help the academic community to understand the latest research results of the scholars at this academic forum and to accurately grasp the research trends of information economics, [methods / processes] this paper is based on the theme of the conference and the topics and discussions of the forum. The research results of this forum are summarized on the four aspects of "Statistical calculation and Prediction of Information economy", "Information Economics of Government Management", "the influence of ICT on Enterprise Management" and "user Information behavior Research". Fruit / conclusion] found that the existing research methods tend to be standardized and diversified, Paying attention to the dialogue between theory and practice, many visual angles are innovative, there are still some problems, such as "sample selection is not comprehensive" and "operational measurement is not accurate". The combination of multi-visual angle and multi-method in complex situation is the research direction worth paying attention to in the future.
