【摘要】：市場(chǎng)制度是近代以來科技發(fā)展突飛猛進(jìn)的主要原因，推動(dòng)著自由探 索型的知識(shí)科學(xué)向政府運(yùn)作型的規(guī)劃科學(xué)、再到市場(chǎng)牽引型的產(chǎn)業(yè)科學(xué) 的進(jìn)步。分工制度、產(chǎn)權(quán)制度、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)機(jī)制、價(jià)格機(jī)制、企業(yè)制度以及風(fēng) 險(xiǎn)投資機(jī)制構(gòu)成了科技進(jìn)步的基本框架，決定著科技進(jìn)步的梯度與結(jié)果。 同時(shí)，，科技變化不斷豐富與完善市場(chǎng)制度，促使市場(chǎng)制度不斷走向理性 化，降低了發(fā)生“公用地災(zāi)難”的可能性�？萍歼M(jìn)步與市場(chǎng)制度的有機(jī) 結(jié)合是人類社會(huì)不斷走向高級(jí)化的主推力，不斷開辟著人類活動(dòng)新的自 由空間。社會(huì)主義革命的意義就在于提高科技進(jìn)步與市場(chǎng)制度的耦合度 與作用力的同時(shí)，極大地避免了市場(chǎng)異化、科技異化所造成的社會(huì)異化。
