【摘要】： 自第二次世界大戰(zhàn)、特別是20世紀(jì)80年代以來(lái),在歐美發(fā)達(dá)的資本主義國(guó)家,現(xiàn)代科技與信息化迅速發(fā)展,從而使資本主義開(kāi)始從工業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)步入知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì),資本主義生產(chǎn)方式及其生產(chǎn)關(guān)系發(fā)生了許多重大變化,呈現(xiàn)出了許多重要的新特點(diǎn)。如何運(yùn)用馬克思主義立場(chǎng)、觀點(diǎn)和方法來(lái)認(rèn)識(shí)和分析當(dāng)代資本主義社會(huì)政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)和文化等方面出現(xiàn)的這些新情況和新問(wèn)題,已經(jīng)成為當(dāng)代政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)研究的一個(gè)重要課題。財(cái)產(chǎn)關(guān)系作為資本主義制度的基礎(chǔ)發(fā)生了怎樣的變化、為什么會(huì)發(fā)生這些變化以及未來(lái)的趨勢(shì)如何,對(duì)資本主義自身的發(fā)展具有至關(guān)重要的意義,同時(shí)對(duì)于我們?nèi)绾谓ㄔO(shè)社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制同樣不可忽視。 資本主義經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展過(guò)程中所出現(xiàn)的法人股東化、股權(quán)分散化、資本虛擬化、利益相關(guān)者模式、員工參與管理、生產(chǎn)管理職能外部化以及福利國(guó)家等現(xiàn)象,并不是資本主義制度的偶然調(diào)整,而是財(cái)產(chǎn)關(guān)系社會(huì)化變革的必然反映。從財(cái)產(chǎn)關(guān)系社會(huì)化的視角對(duì)資本主義社會(huì)的種種變化進(jìn)行分析,可以獲得合乎實(shí)際的和邏輯一致的科學(xué)解釋。財(cái)產(chǎn)關(guān)系是人與人之間基于財(cái)產(chǎn)而形成的多種經(jīng)濟(jì)利益關(guān)系,由財(cái)產(chǎn)占有關(guān)系、財(cái)產(chǎn)控制關(guān)系、財(cái)產(chǎn)交易關(guān)系和財(cái)產(chǎn)收入關(guān)系四個(gè)基本要素構(gòu)成。在資本主義條件下,財(cái)產(chǎn)關(guān)系以資本和企業(yè)為核心,財(cái)產(chǎn)關(guān)系社會(huì)化具體形式相應(yīng)地表現(xiàn)為資本社會(huì)化、公司治理社會(huì)化、生產(chǎn)管理社會(huì)化、資本虛擬化與國(guó)際化、分配關(guān)系社會(huì)化等,這幾個(gè)方面是互相聯(lián)結(jié)的一個(gè)整體,其中資本社會(huì)化是財(cái)產(chǎn)關(guān)系社會(huì)化的核心,分配關(guān)系社會(huì)化則是財(cái)產(chǎn)關(guān)系社會(huì)化的最終實(shí)現(xiàn)形式。對(duì)上述幾個(gè)方面的理論和實(shí)證分析是本文的主要內(nèi)容。 本文的基本結(jié)論: 資本主義財(cái)產(chǎn)關(guān)系正在經(jīng)歷全面的社會(huì)化調(diào)整和變革,財(cái)產(chǎn)關(guān)系社會(huì)化是資本主義制度發(fā)展的一般規(guī)律。財(cái)產(chǎn)關(guān)系社會(huì)化的根本原因在于資本主義生產(chǎn)社會(huì)化與資本家私人占有形式之間的矛盾。要解決這一基本矛盾,就必須在生產(chǎn)資料和勞動(dòng)成果上以社會(huì)化占有形式來(lái)取代單個(gè)資本家的私人占有形式,在生產(chǎn)決策上以有組織的社會(huì)化決策來(lái)代替私人企業(yè)中資本家的個(gè)別決策,在交易關(guān)系上以社會(huì)化的流通和交易加快資本的轉(zhuǎn)移和提高資本配置效率,在收入關(guān)系上以社會(huì)化的分配方式保證社會(huì)購(gòu)買(mǎi)力與社會(huì)再生產(chǎn)之間的平衡。生產(chǎn)社會(huì)化的發(fā)展與資本主義財(cái)產(chǎn)關(guān)系之間的矛盾,需要通過(guò)財(cái)產(chǎn)關(guān)系的不斷社會(huì)化來(lái)調(diào)整和緩解,這樣才能適應(yīng)生產(chǎn)社會(huì)化發(fā)展的要求,為生產(chǎn)力的進(jìn)步開(kāi)拓更大的空間。 財(cái)產(chǎn)關(guān)系的社會(huì)化發(fā)展是資本主義制度自我揚(yáng)棄的過(guò)程,在這個(gè)過(guò)程中已經(jīng)產(chǎn)生了大量的社會(huì)主義因素,為資本主義向社會(huì)主義過(guò)渡做出必要的準(zhǔn)備。財(cái)產(chǎn)關(guān)系社會(huì)化也是保證資本繼續(xù)占有社會(huì)生產(chǎn)力的必要條件,從而有利于維持資本對(duì)于勞動(dòng)的支配和獲取更多的剩余價(jià)值。因此,資本主義財(cái)產(chǎn)關(guān)系社會(huì)化是一個(gè)具有雙重屬性的過(guò)程,資本主義制度只是發(fā)生了部分質(zhì)變而不是根本性的改變。 本文擬實(shí)現(xiàn)的創(chuàng)新: 1、在對(duì)已有財(cái)產(chǎn)理論系統(tǒng)回顧和評(píng)價(jià)的基礎(chǔ)上,本文構(gòu)建了財(cái)產(chǎn)關(guān)系社會(huì)化的理論研究框架,并從社會(huì)分工形式演化以及資本內(nèi)在二重性矛盾運(yùn)動(dòng)這兩個(gè)不同的層面,揭示了資本主義財(cái)產(chǎn)關(guān)系社會(huì)化發(fā)展的動(dòng)力機(jī)制。依據(jù)這一理論框架,對(duì)資本主義財(cái)產(chǎn)關(guān)系社會(huì)化的五個(gè)主要方面進(jìn)行了最新的概括和總結(jié)。從財(cái)產(chǎn)關(guān)系社會(huì)化發(fā)展規(guī)律出發(fā),對(duì)我國(guó)如何克服當(dāng)前市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制改革的深層次矛盾,使其不斷向縱深推進(jìn)提出了新的理論建議。 2、以四次科技革命為線索對(duì)資本社會(huì)化的歷史進(jìn)程進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)梳理,突出體現(xiàn)了資本占有關(guān)系適應(yīng)社會(huì)生產(chǎn)力發(fā)展的調(diào)整過(guò)程。同時(shí)論證了資本社會(huì)化過(guò)程的二重性質(zhì)。 3、提出以財(cái)產(chǎn)控制關(guān)系為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)來(lái)界定企業(yè)利益相關(guān)者的理論觀點(diǎn),將利益相關(guān)者模式視為由“股東中心”模式向“經(jīng)理中心”模式轉(zhuǎn)換過(guò)程的邏輯延續(xù),并歸結(jié)為公司治理社會(huì)化的具體實(shí)現(xiàn)形式。 4、以企業(yè)生產(chǎn)組織方式由福特制向精益生產(chǎn)和大規(guī)模定制轉(zhuǎn)化為基礎(chǔ),對(duì)企業(yè)內(nèi)部生產(chǎn)管理權(quán)力的重新配置以及企業(yè)間生產(chǎn)管理的協(xié)作進(jìn)行了深入分析和論證,揭示出生產(chǎn)管理社會(huì)化的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。把資本主義生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)的發(fā)展歸結(jié)為生產(chǎn)管理社會(huì)化的一個(gè)組成部分,也是一個(gè)創(chuàng)新的理論研究視角。 5、在對(duì)資本虛擬化以及虛擬資本的國(guó)際化的深入考察中,揭示資本流通和資本產(chǎn)權(quán)交易關(guān)系的社會(huì)化,從而資本市場(chǎng)本身的發(fā)展變化并不是單純的金融創(chuàng)新,而是資本主義財(cái)產(chǎn)關(guān)系社會(huì)化調(diào)整的一個(gè)重要組成部分,這是理解資本虛擬化和國(guó)際化的更深刻、更合理的視角。從資本虛擬化對(duì)社會(huì)信用制度的雙重作用出發(fā),把當(dāng)前國(guó)際金融危機(jī)最直接的原因歸結(jié)為資本虛擬化的過(guò)度發(fā)展。 6、將資本主義分配關(guān)系的多種新變化歸結(jié)為資本主義分配關(guān)系的社會(huì)化,并作為資本社會(huì)化的最終實(shí)現(xiàn)形式,是一個(gè)新的理論概括和抽象,為理解和預(yù)測(cè)資本主義分配關(guān)系的演變趨勢(shì)提供了理論基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Since the Second World War , especially since the 1980s , in the developed capitalist countries in the United States and America , the rapid development of modern science and technology and information technology has become an important topic in the study of contemporary political economics .



The property relation is the core of the socialization of the property relation , the socialization of the distribution relation is the ultimate realization form of the socialization of the property relation . The theoretical and empirical analysis of the above aspects is the main content of this paper .



The basic conclusions of this paper are as follows :



The relationship of capitalist property is undergoing comprehensive social adjustment and transformation . The socialization of property relation is the general rule of the development of capitalist system . The basic reason of socialization of property relation lies in the contradiction between the socialization of capitalist production and the private ownership of capitalist . In order to solve this basic contradiction , it is necessary to take the form of socialization to replace the individual decision - making in private enterprise .



The socialization of property relation is the process of self - abandonment of the capitalist system . In this process , a great deal of socialist factors have been generated , which is necessary for the transition of capitalism to socialism . The socialization of property relations is also a necessary condition to ensure the capital to continue to occupy the social productive forces . Therefore , the socialization of capitalist property relation is a process with double attributes , and the capitalist system is only partially qualitative rather than fundamental change .



The innovations to be realized in this paper are as follows :



Based on the review and appraisal of the existing property theory system , this paper constructs the theoretical research framework of the socialization of the property relation , and reveals the dynamic mechanism of the socialization of the relationship between the capitalist property and the capitalist property . According to the theoretical framework , the author points out the deep contradiction of the reform of the current market economy from the law of the socialization of the property relation , and puts forward the new theoretical advice to the deep advance .



2 . Carding the historical process of the socialization of capital with four scientific and technological revolutions as a clue , highlights the adjustment process of the capital possession relation to the development of the social productive forces . At the same time , the duality of the process of capital socialization is demonstrated .



3 . Based on the property control relationship as the standard to define the theory viewpoint of the enterprise stakeholders , the stakeholder model is regarded as the logic continuation of the transformation process of the " shareholder center " mode to the " manager center " mode , and is attributed to the specific implementation form of the corporate governance socialization .



4 . Based on the transformation of enterprise production organization mode from Ford to lean production and mass customization , the reconfiguration of internal production management power and the cooperation between enterprise production management are analyzed and demonstrated . The development trend of production management socialization is revealed . The development of the productive service institution of capitalism is regarded as an integral part of the socialization of production management , and it is also an innovative theoretical research perspective .



5 . In an in - depth study on the internationalization of capital virtualization and virtual capital , it reveals the socialization of capital circulation and capital property rights trading relationship , so that the development of capital market itself is not a simple financial innovation , but an important part of the social adjustment of capitalist property relationship . This is a deeper and more reasonable angle of view of capital virtualization and internationalization . From the dual function of capital virtualization to social credit system , the most direct reason of the current international financial crisis is attributed to the excessive development of capital virtualization .



6 . It is a new theoretical generalization and abstraction which provides a theoretical basis for understanding and forecasting the evolution trend of capitalist allocation relations .
