【摘要】： 社會分工最為重要的特征是由不同的生產(chǎn)單位生產(chǎn)不同的有用物品。其結(jié)果必然是交換的存在和發(fā)展，市場也由此得以產(chǎn)生，并處于不斷的發(fā)展過程中。但把原始的分工和市場與現(xiàn)有的分工和市場相對比，其發(fā)展之大又絕非已有經(jīng)濟理論所能完全揭示的。這其中一個重要原因在于，在對市場擴大的研究中，技術(shù)因素或多或少地被忽略掉了，或至少未給予足夠重視。本文正是基于此點展開分析，嘗試描述分工、技術(shù)和市場的動態(tài)關(guān)系。繼而論證，網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)是新一輪對信息要素的生產(chǎn)和經(jīng)營方式的突破性變革，它必將對傳統(tǒng)市場造成巨大的影響和挑戰(zhàn)。文章內(nèi)容分以下三部分： 第一部分：“分工、技術(shù)和市場發(fā)展”。首先對市場的定義進行了辨析，并在市場發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)上，對市場的內(nèi)涵進行了規(guī)范。接著，全面剖析了亞當(dāng)·斯密的分工和市場關(guān)系原理，進一步提出了分工和市場的動態(tài)發(fā)展圖式，并以技術(shù)變革為基準(zhǔn)劃分出市場發(fā)展的兩種基本形式。 第二部分：“網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)濟的內(nèi)涵、特征和作用”。較為詳細地論述了網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)濟的內(nèi)涵和特征，分析了網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)給經(jīng)濟帶來的革命性的結(jié)果。認為，網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)濟既大大地提高了生產(chǎn)效率，，又降低了生產(chǎn)費用，其雙重作用促使市場在新的技術(shù)條件下進一步嬗變。 第三部分：“網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)濟對傳統(tǒng)市場的改造和開拓”。主要從四個方面來闡述。首先，從市場的延伸范圍和交易雙方相互聯(lián)結(jié)的即時性來說明，市場與以前相比更為深化了；其次，在新技術(shù)條件下，新產(chǎn)品、新市場不斷涌現(xiàn)。諸多的數(shù)據(jù)表明，市場的容量在迅速擴大；再次，電子市場蓬勃發(fā)展，傳統(tǒng)企業(yè)紛紛走向e化經(jīng)營模式；最后，論述了商流和物流是市場交易成功的兩項重要任務(wù)，但電子商務(wù)的發(fā)展卻使雙方的沖突日益加劇，物流的滯后成為網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)濟進一步成長的軟肋。另外，文章對市場發(fā)展產(chǎn)生的問題提出了一些解決辦法，但限于篇幅，沒有展開討論。這是文章的一個缺陷。
[Abstract]:The most important feature of social division of labor is the production of different useful goods by different production units.The result is the existence and development of exchange, and the market is in the process of continuous development.However, comparing the original division of labor and the market with the existing division of labor and market, its development is by no means fully revealed by existing economic theories.One important reason for this is that technology is more or less ignored, or at least undervalued, in the study of market expansion.Based on this point, this paper tries to describe the dynamic relationship of division of labor, technology and market.Then it is demonstrated that network technology is a new round of breakthrough changes in the production and management of information elements, which will bring great influence and challenge to the traditional market.The content of the article is divided into the following three parts:The first part: division of labor, technology and market development.Firstly, the definition of the market is analyzed, and the connotation of the market is standardized on the basis of the development of the market.Then, the paper analyzes Adam Smith's division of labor and the principle of market relationship, further puts forward the schemata of division of labor and dynamic development of market, and divides the two basic forms of market development based on technological change.The second part: the connotation, characteristic and function of network economy.The connotation and characteristics of network economy are discussed in detail, and the revolutionary result brought by network technology to economy is analyzed.It is considered that the network economy not only greatly improves the production efficiency but also reduces the production cost, and its dual role impel the market to change further under the new technological conditions.The third part: the transformation and development of traditional market by network economy.Mainly from four aspects to elaborate.First of all, the extension of the market and the immediacy of the mutual connection between the two sides show that the market is deeper than before; secondly, under the new technology conditions, new products and new markets continue to emerge.Many data show that the capacity of the market is expanding rapidly; thirdly, the electronic market is booming, and the traditional enterprises are moving towards the e-business mode. Finally, it is discussed that business flow and logistics are two important tasks for the success of market transactions.However, with the development of electronic commerce, the conflicts between the two sides are becoming more and more serious, and the lag of logistics becomes the weakness of the further growth of network economy.In addition, the article puts forward some solutions to the problems arising from the market development, but it is limited in space and has not been discussed.This is a flaw in the article.
