【摘要】： 人類自從踏入“現(xiàn)代”的門檻,在理性光芒的照耀下,技術(shù)確實成了解除人類枷鎖的重要工具,為人類的進步與發(fā)展創(chuàng)造了燦爛的物質(zhì)文明與精神文明。但隨著技術(shù)的突飛猛進,猶如一柄“雙刃劍”的技術(shù)已成為我們現(xiàn)實生活中的一種支配性、全球性的力量,它不僅開始染指于人類歷史的根基,而且已“成為現(xiàn)代人的歷史命運”。特別是二戰(zhàn)后蓬勃發(fā)展的技術(shù)猶如被打開的“潘多拉魔盒”,重獲自由的“小妖們”使整個世界充滿了鬼魅色彩,它在締造現(xiàn)代物質(zhì)與精神文明的同時也致使自然、社會與人類遍體鱗傷,其異化功能日益凸顯。于此,人們開始從不同的角度去解讀技術(shù)異化并探尋出路,以求在黑夜中見到光明。但他們對技術(shù)鮮見的稱頌溢美之辭與充滿蒼桑的吶喊不僅沒有讓技術(shù)得到公正的待遇,而且自己也仍徘徊于技術(shù)異化之中。顯然,如何看待技術(shù)異化已成為時代擺在我們面前的嚴峻課題。 本文認為技術(shù)異化是技術(shù)價值效應(yīng)的必然結(jié)果。從技術(shù)價值的角度去解讀技術(shù)異化不但可以使我們正確地看待技術(shù)異化,而且還能夠有效地弱化與控制技術(shù)異化,使之為人類謀福利。因此,筆者從技術(shù)與技術(shù)價值的相關(guān)概念與理論入手,通過對技術(shù)價值的二重性、多維性等特征及技術(shù)異化的條件性、不可避免性等特征與表現(xiàn)的分析,全面而深刻地從技術(shù)價值的角度透析了技術(shù)異化的客體根源與主體根源,并從倫理、價值觀、立法與制度方面為技術(shù)異化的控制指出了一條可行之路。
[Abstract]:Since mankind stepped into the threshold of "modern" and illuminated by the light of reason, technology has indeed become an important tool to lift the shackles of human beings, and has created brilliant material and spiritual civilization for the progress and development of human beings.But with the rapid development of technology, like a "double-edged sword" technology has become a dominating, global force in our real life, and it has not only begun to touch the foundation of human history.And has "become the historical fate of modern people."In particular, the technology that flourished after World War II was like the opened Pandora's Box, and the free "little demons" filled the whole world with ghosts and ghosts, which created modern material and spiritual civilization and at the same time led to nature.The dissimilation function of society and human being is more and more prominent.Therefore, people begin to interpret the alienation of technology from different angles and seek a way out in order to see the light in the night.But their rare praise of technology and the cry full of Cangsang not only did not let technology get fair treatment, but also still hovering in the alienation of technology.Obviously, how to treat the technology alienation has become a serious problem in front of us.This paper holds that technological alienation is the inevitable result of technological value effect.To interpret technology alienation from the angle of technology value can not only make us look at technology alienation correctly, but also effectively weaken and control technology alienation so as to make it work for the benefit of mankind.Therefore, the author starts with the related concepts and theories of technology and technological value, and analyzes the characteristics and manifestations of technology value, such as duality, multi-dimension, conditionality, inevitability and so on.This paper comprehensively and profoundly analyzes the object and subject root of technology alienation from the angle of technology value, and points out a feasible way to control technology alienation from the aspects of ethics, values, legislation and system.
