【摘要】：自2008年底席卷全球的金融危機(jī)爆發(fā)以來,用馬克思主義政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)研究和分析中國經(jīng)濟(jì)面臨的挑戰(zhàn),開創(chuàng)中國經(jīng)濟(jì)新局面,已成為經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域?qū)W術(shù)界研究的熱點(diǎn)問題。"供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革"是在中國經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)入改革轉(zhuǎn)型升級期的實(shí)踐背景下提出的,是十八大以來,創(chuàng)造性運(yùn)用馬克思主義政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)理論解決中國實(shí)際問題的最新理論成果。在發(fā)展邏輯上,"供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革"意在跳出資本主義經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展繞不開的經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)怪圈;在發(fā)展任務(wù)上,意在實(shí)現(xiàn)中國經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)健康發(fā)展與整體躍遷;在發(fā)展方向上,堅持社會主義制度不動搖。"供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革"以人民群眾的根本利益為價值旨?xì)w,以人民的現(xiàn)實(shí)需要為服務(wù)方向,貫徹和體現(xiàn)了以人民為核心的發(fā)展理念。
[Abstract]:Since the outbreak of the global financial crisis at the end of 2008, studying and analyzing the challenges facing China's economy with Marxist political economy and creating a new situation in China's economy have become hot issues in the economic field and academia. "The supply-side structural reform "is put forward under the background of China's economy entering the period of transformation and upgrading. It is the latest theoretical achievement in creatively applying Marxist political economy theory to solve China's practical problems since the 18th National Congress of the CPC."In terms of development logic, "supply-side structural reform" is intended to jump out of the economic crisis around which capitalist economic development cannot be carried out; in terms of development tasks, it is intended to realize the sustained and healthy development of China's economy and the overall transition; and, in the direction of development,We will not waver in upholding the socialist system. "The supply-side structural reform takes the fundamental interests of the people as the value objective and the people's realistic needs as the service direction, and implements and embodies the development concept with the people as the core.
