【摘要】：本文以“可持續(xù)發(fā)展”思想及其相關(guān)的經(jīng)濟學(xué)問題為研究對象。在對既有研究進行梳理的基礎(chǔ)上,得出目前有關(guān)“可持續(xù)發(fā)展”的研究尚處于龐雜而缺乏系統(tǒng)理論框架狀態(tài)的看法,由此提出探析“‘可持續(xù)發(fā)展’的理論基礎(chǔ)”、對“可持續(xù)發(fā)展”思想進行理論闡釋和實證分析的研究課題。 通過分析人類—自然關(guān)系哲學(xué)、自然價值論、傳統(tǒng)理論認識(哲學(xué)思想、人類行為思想、經(jīng)濟學(xué)理論)的反思,作者提出:人類需求可以劃分為“物質(zhì)需求”、“人文需求”、“生態(tài)需求”三個層次,這一“深化的人類需求理論”可以作為對“可持續(xù)發(fā)展”進行理論歸納和理論推演的邏輯起點。以上述分析為基礎(chǔ),將人類劃分為“物質(zhì)需求者”、“人文需求者”、“生態(tài)需求者”,將生產(chǎn)要素劃分為“物質(zhì)投入”、“人文投入”、“生態(tài)投入”,將人類利益集合劃分為“私人利益”、“群體利益”、“人類整體利益”。在界定這些理論概念之后,即對“可持續(xù)發(fā)展”及其相關(guān)的社會經(jīng)濟問題(人類社會經(jīng)濟活動、人類行為關(guān)系等)和相關(guān)的經(jīng)濟學(xué)問題進行邏輯一致的分析。 通過對物質(zhì)需求/人文需求/生態(tài)需求與物質(zhì)投入/人文投入/生態(tài)投入的關(guān)聯(lián)進行分析,推導(dǎo)出:由此產(chǎn)生的人類各種社會經(jīng)濟活動、人類間的各種行為關(guān)系(不只是“經(jīng)濟人”關(guān)系)、各種“不可持續(xù)”現(xiàn)象的成因機理(超制限的某種需求或超制限的某種投入)、各種經(jīng)濟學(xué)問題(如,“經(jīng)濟人假定”問題、代際公平問題等)。通過分析私人/群體/人類整體分別作為行為者和承受者的關(guān)系,推導(dǎo)出由于人類關(guān)系所形成的“不可持續(xù)性”經(jīng)濟學(xué)問題(如,公有地悲劇、外部性、搭便車等)、也可分析人類適應(yīng)“可持續(xù)發(fā)展”的行為關(guān)系準則。通過分析人類在不同目標(短期目標、長期目標、歷史目標)下對物質(zhì)需求/人文需求/生態(tài)需求的追求,推導(dǎo)出“發(fā)展的含義”以及“發(fā)展”和“貧困”(包括“人文貧困”、“生態(tài)貧困”)的具體內(nèi)容。 本文還對不可持續(xù)現(xiàn)象的形成問題、資源危機和增長極限問題、“經(jīng)濟人假定”與“可持續(xù)發(fā)展”的適應(yīng)問題、經(jīng)濟增長—生態(tài)維護的權(quán)衡、代際公平、可持續(xù)性消費、“發(fā)展的含義”等進行了深入的探討,對這些問題提出了有作者獨立見解的評述和認識,并對現(xiàn)實中的“可持續(xù)發(fā)展”相關(guān)問題提出了若干實踐主張。 本文所作的研究,對有關(guān)“可持續(xù)發(fā)展”的若干問題得出了一些富有新意的認識:1)采用一以貫之的邏輯,從一個系統(tǒng)的、全新的視角歸納性地對人類社會經(jīng)濟活動可能導(dǎo)致的各種“不可持續(xù)”問題、人類社會經(jīng)濟關(guān)系引致的各種有關(guān)“可持續(xù)發(fā)展”的經(jīng)濟學(xué)問題進行了關(guān)聯(lián)性的闡述,并從同一邏輯出發(fā)
[Abstract]:In this paper, the idea of "sustainable development" and its related economic issues as the research object.On the basis of combing the existing research, the author draws a conclusion that the research on "sustainable development" is still in a complicated state and lacks a systematic theoretical framework, and thus puts forward the theoretical basis of "sustainable development".The research topic of the theory and empirical analysis of the thought of sustainable development.By analyzing the reflection of the philosophy of human-nature relationship, the theory of natural value, and the traditional theoretical understanding (philosophical thought, human behavior thought, economic theory), the author puts forward that human needs can be divided into "material needs" and "humanistic needs".There are three levels of "ecological demand", which can be regarded as the logical starting point for theoretical induction and theoretical deduction of "sustainable development".On the basis of the above analysis, human beings are divided into "material demanders", "humanistic demanders", "ecological demanders", and production factors as "material inputs", "humanistic inputs", "ecological inputs",The set of human interests is divided into private interests, group interests and human overall interests.After defining these theoretical concepts, the author makes a logical and consistent analysis of "sustainable development" and its related social and economic problems (human social and economic activities, human behavior relations, etc.) and related economic problems.Based on the analysis of the relationship between material demand / human demand / ecological demand and material input / humanistic input / ecological input, it is deduced that all kinds of human social and economic activities,Various behavioral relationships among human beings (not just "economic man" relationships, mechanisms of formation of various "unsustainable" phenomena (certain demands over limits or inputs beyond limits), various economic problems (e.g., "economic man assumptions"),The issue of intergenerational equity.By analyzing the relationship between private / group / human beings as actors and recipients, the "unsustainable" economic problems arising from human relations (e.g., tragedy of the public domain, externalities, etc.) are derived.Hitchhiking and so on, can also analyze the human adaptation to the "sustainable development" of the relationship between the code of conduct.By analyzing the human pursuit of material / human / ecological needs under different goals (short-term, long-term, historical),The meaning of "development" and the concrete contents of "development" and "poverty" (including "human poverty" and "ecological poverty") are deduced.This paper also deals with the formation of unsustainable phenomena, the resource crisis and growth limits, the adaptation of "economic man hypothesis" and "sustainable development", the trade-off between economic growth and ecological maintenance, intergenerational equity, and sustainable consumption."the meaning of Development" is discussed in depth, comments and understandings of these problems are put forward, and some practical propositions are put forward on the related issues of "Sustainable Development" in reality.The research done in this paper, to some questions about "sustainable development", has drawn some new ideas: 1) to adopt consistent logic, from a systematic,From a new angle of view, the various "unsustainable" problems that may be caused by human social and economic activities and the various economic problems related to "sustainable development" arising from human social and economic relations are described in a related way.And start with the same logic.
