【摘要】：發(fā)展社會(huì)主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的實(shí)踐迫切需要構(gòu)建中國特色社會(huì)主義政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué),在理論和實(shí)踐上解決兩大問題:一是怎樣在市場經(jīng)濟(jì)中堅(jiān)持社會(huì)主義方向,二是怎樣用社會(huì)主義優(yōu)越性把在資本主義條件下無法持續(xù)的市場經(jīng)濟(jì)改造成可持續(xù)發(fā)展的經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行方式。在《資本論》的指導(dǎo)下,習(xí)近平總書記的理論創(chuàng)新已經(jīng)在多個(gè)方面開拓了政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)新境界。在宏觀管理方面,堅(jiān)決扭轉(zhuǎn)資本脫實(shí)向虛的趨勢。在改革思路上,提出了史無前例的供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革的構(gòu)想。使市場在資源配置中起決定性作用和更好發(fā)揮政府作用,創(chuàng)造性地解決了政府與市場關(guān)系的問題。
[Abstract]:The practice of developing socialist market economy urgently needs to construct socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics, and solve two major problems in theory and practice: first, how to adhere to the socialist direction in the market economy, Second, how to use the superiority of socialism to transform the unsustainable market economy under capitalist conditions into a mode of economic operation for sustainable development. Under the guidance of "Capital", General Secretary Xi Jinping's theoretical innovation has opened up a new realm of political economy in many aspects. In macro management, he has resolutely reversed the trend of capital deviation from reality to falsehood. In terms of reform thinking, This paper puts forward the conception of the unprecedented supply-side structural reform, which makes the market play a decisive role in the allocation of resources and give better play to the role of the government, and creatively solves the problem of the relationship between the government and the market.
