【摘要】：為揭示京津冀區(qū)域信息化空間差異的成因,以期為制定區(qū)域信息化政策、區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展規(guī)劃提供合理的依據(jù),采用變異系數(shù)和錫爾系數(shù)對2009-2013年京津冀區(qū)域信息化的空間差異及協(xié)調(diào)度進(jìn)行定量測評,構(gòu)建區(qū)域信息化評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系及評價(jià)模型。研究結(jié)果可為京津冀區(qū)域制定信息化政策、協(xié)調(diào)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展規(guī)則提供合理的參考。
[Abstract]:In order to reveal the causes of the spatial difference of regional informatization in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, and to provide a reasonable basis for the formulation of regional informatization policy and the coordinated development planning of regional economy, The spatial difference and coordination degree of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional informatization from 2009 to 2013 were evaluated quantitatively by using variation coefficient and Sier coefficient, and the evaluation index system and evaluation model of regional informatization were constructed. The research results can be used to formulate information policy for Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. Coordination of economic development rules to provide a reasonable reference.
