【摘要】：胡錦濤科技興農(nóng)思想是我國(guó)解決“三農(nóng)”問(wèn)題,推動(dòng)農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展、農(nóng)村富裕、農(nóng)民增收的重要理論武器,也是馬克思主義農(nóng)業(yè)科技思想的重要組成部分。在走中國(guó)特色農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的道路上,深入發(fā)掘胡錦濤“三農(nóng)”思想中的科技興農(nóng)部分,對(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化,取得社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)的偉大勝利具有重要的價(jià)值和意義。本文采用文獻(xiàn)法和思想史研究方法,分析胡錦濤的科技興農(nóng)思想。文章從胡錦濤科技興農(nóng)思想的時(shí)代背景、理論淵源、科學(xué)內(nèi)涵出發(fā),分析其當(dāng)代價(jià)值。研究認(rèn)為,胡錦濤科技興農(nóng)思想的時(shí)代背景是中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化道路上的產(chǎn)物;其理論淵源是馬克思主義;其主要內(nèi)涵是:農(nóng)業(yè)科技創(chuàng)新是農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的根本出路;改善農(nóng)業(yè)設(shè)施裝備條件夯實(shí)農(nóng)業(yè)物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ);培養(yǎng)新型農(nóng)民造就新時(shí)代農(nóng)業(yè)人才隊(duì)伍;堅(jiān)持以人為本大力發(fā)展民生科技;以科技推動(dòng)農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化;重視農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全等。胡錦濤科技興農(nóng)思想的當(dāng)代價(jià)值是:1)繼承和豐富了馬克思主義的科技興農(nóng)思想;2)為解決中國(guó)“三農(nóng)”問(wèn)題提供重要的理論指導(dǎo);3)以科技為導(dǎo)向推進(jìn)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品安全,提高農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量;4)以科技改進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施,提高中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)的創(chuàng)新和持續(xù)發(fā)展能力;5)以科技推動(dòng)農(nóng)民增收,提高農(nóng)民致富能力;6)以科技改善村容村貌,提高人居環(huán)境質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Hu Jintao's ideas of science and technology of our country to solve "three rural issues", to promote agricultural development, rural prosperity, an important theoretical weapon to increase farmers' income, but also an important part of Marx's thought of agricultural science. In the Chinese characteristics of agricultural modernization road, depthidentify agriculture science and technology part of Hu Jintao's thought of "three agriculture" in the implementation of agricultural modernization, has important value and significance to the great victory of the socialist new rural construction. This paper adopts the method of literature and history research methods, analysis of Hu Jintao's ideas of science and technology. This article from the Hu Jintao ideas of science and technology background, theoretical origin, scientific connotation, analysis of its contemporary value. Research shows that Hu Jintao's ideas of science and technology the background is a product of Chinese agricultural modernization on the road; the theory is the Marx doctrine; its main content is: Agriculture Technological innovation is the fundamental way of agricultural development; improve agricultural facilities and equipment conditions of strengthening agricultural material basis; cultivating new farmers to create a new era of agricultural talents; adhere to the people-oriented development of science and technology; science and technology to promote agricultural modernization; attach importance to the quality and safety of agricultural products. The contemporary value of Hu Jintao's ideas of science and technology: 1) inherited the ideas of science and technology and the rich Marx doctrine; 2) provides an important theoretical guidance for solving the problem of "three agriculture" China; 3) with science and technology as the guidance to promote the safety of agricultural products, improve the quality of agricultural products; 4) to improve the technology of agricultural infrastructure, improve the innovation China agriculture and sustainable development ability; 5) to science and technology to promote farmers' income to improve the ability of farmers to get rich,; 6) technology to improve the village appearance, improve the quality of living environment.
