【摘要】：馬克思的經(jīng)濟(jì)思想是人本邏輯的思想,他在對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的目標(biāo)進(jìn)行定位時(shí),始終堅(jiān)持"以人為本"的觀念,這從他對(duì)人的需要何以成為生產(chǎn)勞動(dòng)的原動(dòng)力、作為財(cái)富價(jià)值判斷的最高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、促使經(jīng)濟(jì)交換的產(chǎn)生與持續(xù)的論述中,可以得到充分證明。基于馬克思的經(jīng)濟(jì)思想,整理分析我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的階段性調(diào)整歷史,不僅能夠?yàn)樾轮袊?guó)成立后我國(guó)各階段的經(jīng)濟(jì)目標(biāo)調(diào)整找到依據(jù),更能夠解釋現(xiàn)實(shí)背景下,我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展提出新常態(tài)邏輯的必然性。進(jìn)而,基于馬克思"以人為本"的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展觀,能夠解析我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)修正到"新常態(tài)"上來(lái)的理論與實(shí)踐雙重合理性。在理論合理性方面,經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)一方面恰當(dāng)?shù)鼗貞?yīng)了人們具有動(dòng)態(tài)性的生活需要在當(dāng)前的訴求,另一方面對(duì)人的異化進(jìn)行了深刻反思;在實(shí)踐合理性方面,人的生活條件的變化、人的自我反省、人的需求結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整、"人的生產(chǎn)"的新要求這四個(gè)變化,為經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)的落實(shí)提供了必要的實(shí)踐條件。
[Abstract]:Marx's economic thought is the thought of humanism logic. When he orientated the goal of economic development, he always adhered to the concept of "people-oriented", which is why his need for human beings has become the motive force of production and labor. As the highest standard for judging the value of wealth, it can be fully proved in the production and continuous discussion of economic exchange. Based on Marx's economic thought, the history of stage adjustment of China's economic development is sorted out and analyzed. It can not only find the basis for the adjustment of China's economic objectives in various stages after the founding of New China, but also explain the inevitability of the new normal logic in China's economic development under the realistic background. Based on Marx's "people-oriented" view of economic development, it is possible to analyze the dual rationality of the theory and practice of our country's economic construction, which is revised to the "new normal". On the one hand, the new normal state of economy responds appropriately to the demands of people's dynamic life at present, on the other hand, it deeply reflects on the alienation of human beings, and on the aspect of practical rationality, the change of people's living conditions, the self-reflection of human beings, The adjustment of human demand structure and the new requirements of "human production" provide necessary practical conditions for the implementation of the new normal state of economy.
