【摘要】：梳理古典經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)勞動價值理論及地租理論的發(fā)展進(jìn)程,有助于厘清馬克思地租理論及其產(chǎn)生的背景、所有權(quán)在地租理論中的地位和現(xiàn)實價值。從空間政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的視角,可見馬克思地租理論在新時期、新的經(jīng)濟(jì)形態(tài)及大城市空間資源配置中的發(fā)展。馬克思主義政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)及地租理論在新時代發(fā)展中仍然具有優(yōu)勢。盡管馬克思的地租理論在現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)社會背景下及大城市的政治經(jīng)濟(jì)綜合形態(tài)中,有一定程度上的脫節(jié),但在理論上是極具哲學(xué)性、方法論及解釋力的,具有強(qiáng)烈的科學(xué)性、發(fā)展性、生命力和歷史解釋力,結(jié)合現(xiàn)代城市和新興產(chǎn)業(yè)形態(tài)的時代特征,發(fā)展馬克思的空間政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)思想和地租理論刻不容緩。
[Abstract]:Combing the development process of labor value theory and land rent theory in classical economics is helpful to clarify Marx's land rent theory and its background, the status and realistic value of ownership in land rent theory. It can be seen that Marx's land rent theory is in the new period. The new economic form and the development in the allocation of space resources in big cities. Marxist political economy and land rent theory still have advantages in the development of the new era. Although Marx's land rent theory is in the modern economic and social background. And the political and economic integration of major cities, There is a certain degree of disconnection, but in theory is extremely philosophical, methodological and explanatory, with a strong scientific, developmental, vitality and historical interpretation of the characteristics of modern cities and emerging industrial forms, It is urgent to develop Marx's thought of space political economy and land rent theory.
