【摘要】：環(huán)境問題的逐漸嚴(yán)峻,使得草原碳匯的生態(tài)、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)價(jià)值受到了越來越多的關(guān)注。隨著社會(huì)的發(fā)展以及管理主體的多元化,草原碳匯單一的管理機(jī)制不再符合社會(huì)需求,社會(huì)力量的參與迫在眉睫。文中在國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金的支持下,以內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)為例,通過訪談、調(diào)研獲得數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用協(xié)同管理理論和社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析構(gòu)建了一個(gè)基于內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū)調(diào)查的內(nèi)蒙古草原碳匯協(xié)同管理網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型。利用社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析工具對(duì)內(nèi)蒙古草原碳匯協(xié)同管理活動(dòng)參與主體之間的合作行為進(jìn)行了量化分析,找出相互之間隱含的關(guān)系分布特點(diǎn)和規(guī)律,并對(duì)促進(jìn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化以及提高我國(guó)草原碳匯協(xié)同管理效率提出相應(yīng)的策略。根據(jù)分析結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):1)草原碳匯協(xié)同管理活動(dòng)中的核心元素,不僅在網(wǎng)絡(luò)中擁有重要地位且承擔(dān)著網(wǎng)絡(luò)大部分的信息傳遞以及交流。2)整個(gè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的連通性較弱。3)網(wǎng)絡(luò)凝聚度弱。
[Abstract]:The environmental problems are becoming more and more serious, which makes the ecological, economic and social value of the grassland carbon sink receive more and more attention. With the development of the society and the diversification of the management body, the single management mechanism of the grassland carbon sink is no longer in line with the social needs. The participation of social forces is imminent. This paper, supported by the National Natural Science Foundation, takes Inner Mongolia Autonomous region as an example and obtains data through interviews, research and research. Based on the theory of cooperative management and social network analysis, a cooperative management network model of grassland carbon sinks in Inner Mongolia was established based on the investigation in Inner Mongolia. The cooperative management activities of grassland carbon sinks in Inner Mongolia were studied by using social network analysis tools. The cooperative behavior among the participants is analyzed quantitatively. To find out the distribution characteristics and laws of the implicit relationship between each other, It also puts forward the corresponding strategies to promote the optimization of network structure and improve the efficiency of cooperative management of grassland carbon sinks in China. According to the analysis results, it is found that the core elements in the cooperative management activities of grassland carbon sinks are: 1). It not only plays an important role in the network, but also takes on most of the information transmission and communication. 2) the connectivity of the whole network is weak. 3) the cohesion of the network is weak.
