【摘要】：[目的 /意義]為提升區(qū)域創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)的創(chuàng)新能力,促進(jìn)區(qū)域科技資源整合,從知識(shí)管理視角出發(fā),對(duì)面向區(qū)域創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)的知識(shí)庫(kù)形成路徑展開(kāi)研究。[方法 /過(guò)程]以區(qū)域創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)理論和知識(shí)管理理論為基礎(chǔ),分析創(chuàng)新主體在區(qū)域知識(shí)庫(kù)形成中的角色與作用,根據(jù)知識(shí)管理階段解析區(qū)域知識(shí)庫(kù)形成過(guò)程,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)創(chuàng)新知識(shí)由知識(shí)源到區(qū)域知識(shí)庫(kù)的存儲(chǔ)路徑。[結(jié)果 /結(jié)論]為促進(jìn)區(qū)域知識(shí)庫(kù)形成,企業(yè)、高等院校和科研機(jī)構(gòu)三者共同奠定知識(shí)基礎(chǔ),中介機(jī)構(gòu)搭建擴(kuò)散橋梁,政府提供政策扶持與市場(chǎng)知識(shí)。與此同時(shí),區(qū)域知識(shí)庫(kù)形成過(guò)程需要經(jīng)歷知識(shí)創(chuàng)造、知識(shí)擴(kuò)散、知識(shí)編碼與知識(shí)存儲(chǔ)4個(gè)知識(shí)管理階段。探究區(qū)域知識(shí)庫(kù)的形成路徑,對(duì)區(qū)域創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)理論研究和實(shí)踐發(fā)展都具有重要的作用。
[Abstract]:[objective / significance] in order to enhance the innovation ability of regional innovation system and promote the integration of regional scientific and technological resources, from the perspective of knowledge management, Based on the theory of regional innovation system and the theory of knowledge management, this paper analyzes the role and role of innovation agents in the formation of regional knowledge base. According to the knowledge management stage, the formation process of the regional knowledge base is analyzed, so as to realize the storage path of the innovation knowledge from the knowledge source to the regional knowledge base. [result / conclusion] in order to promote the formation of the regional knowledge base, the enterprise, Institutions of higher learning and scientific research institutions jointly lay the foundation of knowledge, intermediary organizations build bridges for proliferation, the government provides policy support and market knowledge. At the same time, the process of formation of regional knowledge base needs to undergo knowledge creation and knowledge diffusion. Knowledge coding and knowledge storage are four stages of knowledge management. Exploring the formation path of regional knowledge base plays an important role in the theoretical research and practical development of regional innovation system.
