【摘要】： 區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的歷史表明，經(jīng)濟(jì)的整體發(fā)展與主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)的存在與發(fā)展有著很大的相關(guān)性。在其他條件相同的背景下，一個(gè)沒有主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)、各個(gè)產(chǎn)業(yè)平行推進(jìn)的區(qū)域里，經(jīng)濟(jì)不可能取得快速健康發(fā)展。區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)系統(tǒng)是一個(gè)動(dòng)態(tài)的不斷演變的系統(tǒng)，，主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)是區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)系統(tǒng)內(nèi)各個(gè)產(chǎn)業(yè)之間競(jìng)爭(zhēng)與協(xié)同作用的結(jié)果，主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)與非主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)交互作用和發(fā)展，形成了有序的區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)。在這種認(rèn)識(shí)的基礎(chǔ)上，用系統(tǒng)論的觀點(diǎn)對(duì)區(qū)域主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)的選擇進(jìn)行研究就具有重要的理論意義。 本文從區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)系統(tǒng)自身的發(fā)展規(guī)律入手，基于耗散結(jié)構(gòu)理論的思想，采用定性分析和定量研究相結(jié)合的方法，理論分析和實(shí)證研究相結(jié)合的方法，對(duì)區(qū)域主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇進(jìn)行了研究。 首先，論文使用定性分析的方法，論述了耗散結(jié)構(gòu)理論的基本內(nèi)涵、熵對(duì)耗散結(jié)構(gòu)的表述；分別對(duì)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)系統(tǒng)的靜態(tài)和動(dòng)態(tài)耗散結(jié)構(gòu)特征進(jìn)行了分析，論述了耗散結(jié)構(gòu)特征決定了區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)系統(tǒng)具有自組織演化性，提出區(qū)域主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)是推進(jìn)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)系統(tǒng)自組織演化的序參量。 隨后，論文使用定量研究的方法，從區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)入手，分別用聯(lián)系熵和運(yùn)行熵對(duì)區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)有序度進(jìn)行靜態(tài)評(píng)價(jià)和動(dòng)態(tài)考察�；谥鲗�(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)部門的特征和區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，確定需求收入彈性、生產(chǎn)率上升率、產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)度、市場(chǎng)占有率和比較利稅率五個(gè)主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇基準(zhǔn)，建立了包含有六個(gè)具體指標(biāo)的區(qū)域主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇指標(biāo)體系，采用基于遺傳算法求得最優(yōu)解的投影尋蹤評(píng)價(jià)方法對(duì)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)分析，遴選出區(qū)域的主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)。 最后，對(duì)遼寧省的主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析，并得出結(jié)論，確定石油化工產(chǎn)業(yè)和裝備制造業(yè)為遼寧省重點(diǎn)培育的主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)。
[Abstract]:The history of regional economic development shows that the overall development of economy is closely related to the existence and development of leading industries. The regional economic system is a dynamic and evolving system, and the leading industry is the result of competition and synergy among various industries in the regional economic system. The interaction and development of leading industry and non-leading industry form an orderly regional industrial structure. On the basis of this understanding, it is of great theoretical significance to study the choice of regional leading industry from the viewpoint of system theory. Based on the theory of dissipative structure, this paper starts with the development law of regional economic system, adopts the method of combining qualitative analysis with quantitative research, and combines theoretical analysis with empirical research. The selection of regional leading industries is studied. First of all, the paper discusses the basic connotation of dissipative structure theory and entropy representation of dissipative structure, and analyzes the static and dynamic dissipative structure characteristics of regional economic system. The characteristics of dissipative structure determine the self-organization and evolution of regional economic system. It is proposed that regional leading industry is the order parameter to promote self-organization evolution of regional economic system. Then, using the quantitative research method, the paper starts with the regional industrial structure. Based on the characteristics of leading industrial sector and the current situation of regional industrial economy development, the elasticity of demand income, the rate of productivity increase, and the degree of industrial correlation are determined by using contact entropy and operational entropy to evaluate the orderly degree of regional industrial structure. Market share and comparative profit and tax rate of five leading industry selection benchmarks, including the establishment of six specific indicators of regional leading industry selection index system, The projection pursuit evaluation method based on genetic algorithm is used to evaluate and analyze the selection of leading industries in regional economy, and the leading industries of regions are selected. Finally, the paper makes an empirical analysis on the choice of leading industries in Liaoning Province, and draws a conclusion that petrochemical industry and equipment manufacturing industry are the leading industries in Liaoning Province.
