【摘要】:產(chǎn)業(yè)集群因其對區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的重大作用,而日益受到各級政府和諸多學者的關注;跇I(yè)已存在的產(chǎn)業(yè)集群所表現(xiàn)出的不同程度的階段性,本文嘗試建立一個分析產(chǎn)業(yè)集群演進機制的理論框架。本文在梳理學者已有的研究成果的基礎上,依次對產(chǎn)業(yè)集群初創(chuàng)、成長、成熟、更替四個階段發(fā)生、演進的機制進行了研究。對于影響產(chǎn)業(yè)集群演進歷程的因素,本文從結構、行為、制度、技術四個層面分析了其對集群演進的影響。本文提出應針對集群的不同發(fā)展階段采取有所差別的方法促進產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展,并運用博弈均衡、市場配置、激勵導向等原理設計了對其的調(diào)控機制。本文除了賦予產(chǎn)業(yè)集群演進機制這一理論假說的理論和模型闡釋外,還給出了寧波服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的微觀實例分析和蘇州產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的宏觀實證分析,并期望對蘇州產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的分析結果能有利于蘇州產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的強化與調(diào)整。
[Abstract]:Because of its important role in the development of regional industry, industrial cluster has been paid more and more attention by governments at all levels and many scholars. This paper attempts to establish a theoretical framework to analyze the evolution mechanism of industrial clusters. On the basis of combing the existing research results of scholars, this paper takes place in turn on the four stages of industrial cluster start-up, growth, maturity and replacement. The mechanism of evolution has been studied. For the factors that affect the evolution of industrial clusters, this paper from the structure, behavior, system. Four levels of technology analysis of its impact on the evolution of clusters. This paper proposes that different development stages of clusters should be adopted to promote the development of industrial clusters, and the use of game equilibrium, market allocation. This paper not only gives the theory and model explanation of the hypothesis of industrial cluster evolution mechanism, but also designs its regulation mechanism. The microcosmic case analysis of Ningbo garment industry cluster and the macro empirical analysis of Suzhou industrial cluster are also given, and it is expected that the analysis result of Suzhou industrial cluster will be helpful to strengthen and adjust the development strategy of Suzhou industrial cluster.
