【摘要】： 可持續(xù)發(fā)展的觀念在今天已經(jīng)越來越被人們所接受，，經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)家們和環(huán)境學(xué)家們分別從各個(gè)角度提出了他們對(duì)于生態(tài)環(huán)境、代際公平等可持續(xù)問題的看法及解決思路，本文立足于現(xiàn)有的研究成果，并力求有所突破。從研究的內(nèi)容上來看，本文選擇的角度是考察家庭這一社會(huì)基本單元所造成的環(huán)境問題，然后為其解決提供思路。在前一個(gè)問題，依據(jù)的理論基礎(chǔ)是社會(huì)代謝理論，本文在家庭層面上對(duì)其進(jìn)行了展開及創(chuàng)新。對(duì)于后一問題，即環(huán)境問題的解決，本文在家庭核算的基礎(chǔ)上得出了一些基本結(jié)論和政策措施，以及對(duì)未來社會(huì)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)的愿望，力求擴(kuò)展對(duì)環(huán)境問題解決的思路。家庭核算依據(jù)的是物質(zhì)流的分析方法，同樣是其在家庭層面的細(xì)化和創(chuàng)新。本文不敢奢望其核算的理論與方法完美無缺，只希望在家庭層面上對(duì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展問題提出自己的觀點(diǎn)和建議，對(duì)我國(guó)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展盡微薄之力。
[Abstract]:The concept of sustainable development has been more and more accepted by people today. Economists and environmentalists have put forward their views on the ecological environment from various angles. Based on the existing research results, this paper tries to make a breakthrough in the sustainable issues such as intergenerational equity and other sustainable issues. From the perspective of the content of the research. This paper chooses to examine the environmental problems caused by the family as a basic unit of society, and then to provide ideas for its solution. In the former, the theoretical basis is the theory of social metabolism. This paper carries on the development and innovation on the family level. For the latter problem, that is, the solution of the environmental problem, this paper draws some basic conclusions and policy measures on the basis of the family accounting. And to the future social development trend desire, strives to expand to the environment question solution mentality. The family accounting is based on the material flow analysis method. It is also the refinement and innovation in the family level. This paper dare not expect its accounting theory and method to be perfect, only hope to put forward their own views and suggestions on the sustainable development in the family level. Contribute to the sustainable development of our country.
