【摘要】：對外開放是習(xí)近平同志在《擺脫貧困》一書探討的主要問題之一。該書中既闡述了對外開放和對外開放意識的重要性,也探討了對外開放的模式選擇、環(huán)境改善、文化宣傳、實(shí)效增強(qiáng)等方面的問題。同時(shí),該書中還研究了對外開放同扶貧工作、對內(nèi)開放、資源開發(fā)之間的關(guān)系問題。在該書中,對外開放思想的全面系統(tǒng)闡發(fā)是同唯物辯證法的嫻熟運(yùn)用密不可分的。該書中的對外開放思想既是習(xí)近平同志全面調(diào)研和深入思考閩東對外開放工作的重要智力成果,也充分體現(xiàn)了他工作中的實(shí)干精神。從對外開放所處的階段來看,該書中的對外開放思想是圍繞著引進(jìn)來這一主題來進(jìn)行闡發(fā)的。
