【摘要】：馬克思認(rèn)為,產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移本質(zhì)上是資本流動,產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的發(fā)生遵循價值形式轉(zhuǎn)變的框架,以分工與世界市場的形成為前提,以科技進(jìn)步為推動力,以追求高額利潤和競爭為內(nèi)外因,以平均利潤率的下降為根本原因。國際產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的發(fā)生加速了國家間的聯(lián)系,也導(dǎo)致了危機(jī)的國際間轉(zhuǎn)移。新常態(tài)下中國經(jīng)濟(jì)的增速換擋,產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移要實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長轉(zhuǎn)方式調(diào)結(jié)構(gòu)的目的,大力發(fā)展高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè),加強(qiáng)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的驅(qū)動力,從"世界工廠"轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)?中國制造",邁向全球產(chǎn)業(yè)價值鏈的高端。同時,強(qiáng)化資本的國際輸出,搶占新興市場,爭取國際經(jīng)濟(jì)的資源、利潤與技術(shù)份額,實(shí)現(xiàn)全球產(chǎn)業(yè)布局。
[Abstract]:Marx believes that industrial transfer is essentially capital flow. The occurrence of industrial transfer follows the framework of value form transformation, taking the division of labor and the formation of the world market as the premise and the scientific and technological progress as the driving force. With the pursuit of high profits and competition as the internal and external cause and the decline of the average profit margin as the root cause, the international industrial transfer accelerates the relationship between countries. It also led to the international transfer of the crisis. Under the new normal, China's economic growth shift, industrial transfer to achieve the purpose of economic growth to adjust the structure, vigorously develop high-tech industries, and strengthen the driving force of technological innovation. From "World Factory" to "made in China", to the high end of the global industrial value chain. At the same time, we should strengthen the international export of capital, seize the emerging market, and strive for the share of resources, profits and technology in the international economy. To achieve the global industrial layout.
