【摘要】： 毛澤東和鄧小平作為我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的開創(chuàng)者和締造者,兩人的農(nóng)業(yè)戰(zhàn)略思想既有歷史的繼承性,又有時(shí)代的差異性。毛澤東和鄧小平的農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略思想,是馬列主義與中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的實(shí)際狀況相結(jié)合的產(chǎn)物,具有鮮明的現(xiàn)實(shí)性、時(shí)代性,對(duì)中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展和改革產(chǎn)生了巨大影響和推動(dòng)作用。鄧小平的農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略思想是對(duì)毛澤東農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略思想的豐富和發(fā)展。毛澤東和鄧小平農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略思想既有共同之處,也有不同之處,這是由于他們所處的時(shí)代不同,各個(gè)歷史時(shí)期的中心任務(wù)不同,以及由于對(duì)形勢(shì)的分析和判斷不同所致。在農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)這一根本點(diǎn)上,兩人是一致的,但在戰(zhàn)略部署、戰(zhàn)略手段等方面卻存在著明顯的差異。本文采用比較分析的方法,通過(guò)梳理毛澤東和鄧小平的農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略思想,闡述了二人農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略思想的主要內(nèi)容,分析二人農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略思想形成的原因,從而闡述了兩人農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略思想之間的堅(jiān)持與繼承、糾正與創(chuàng)新關(guān)系。而后,在比較研究二人農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略思想的相同之處和不同之處后,得出二人農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略問(wèn)題上值得借鑒的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和應(yīng)該吸取的教訓(xùn),在構(gòu)建社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)的過(guò)程中,可以更好地促進(jìn)我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展,對(duì)于建設(shè)有中國(guó)特色的社會(huì)主義農(nóng)業(yè)也具有重要的參考價(jià)值和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:Mao Zedong and Deng Xiaoping are the pioneers and founders of the agricultural development strategy of our country. The agricultural strategic thought of the two people has not only the historical inheritance, but also the difference of the times. It is a combination of Marxism-Leninism and the actual situation of agricultural development in China. Deng Xiaoping's agricultural development strategy thought is the enrichment and development of Mao Zedong's agricultural development strategy thought. Want to have something in common. There are also differences, because they are in different times, the central task of each historical period is different, and because of the analysis and judgment of the situation, this is the root point of the strategic goal of agricultural development. The two people are the same, but there are obvious differences in the strategic deployment, strategic means and other aspects. This paper adopts the method of comparative analysis, through combing Mao Zedong and Deng Xiaoping's agricultural development strategy thinking. This paper expounds the main contents of the agricultural development strategy thought of the two people, analyzes the reasons for the formation of the agricultural development strategy thought of the two people, and expounds the persistence and inheritance between the two people's agricultural development strategy thought. Then, after comparing and studying the similarities and differences of the two people's agricultural development strategy, the author draws the experience and lessons that should be learned from the two people's agricultural development strategy. In the process of building a harmonious socialist society, it can better promote the development of agriculture in China, and also has important reference value and practical significance for the construction of socialist agriculture with Chinese characteristics.
