【摘要】：電力行業(yè)是對國民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和改善人民生活影響巨大的根本性行業(yè),近年來,我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展使得對電的需求量日益擴(kuò)大,我國電力建設(shè)投資規(guī)模持續(xù)保持較快增長,電網(wǎng)投資規(guī)模增長持續(xù)加速。目前,電力行業(yè)仍舊處于壟斷階段,電力市場對內(nèi)和對外的開放程度均不高,競爭不夠充分,使得行業(yè)的整體贏利能力較強(qiáng),但發(fā)電設(shè)備利用率低與投資不斷上升形成鮮明對比。企業(yè)資產(chǎn)大幅增加,盈利水平卻下降了,說明資產(chǎn)的效益沒有得到完全發(fā)揮,存在資產(chǎn)配置不恰當(dāng)、資源浪費(fèi)嚴(yán)重的情況。與此同時(shí),企業(yè)的現(xiàn)金結(jié)存量大,資金大量閑置,企業(yè)的資產(chǎn)質(zhì)量、盈利能力有待提高。正確的投資決策是增強(qiáng)企業(yè)盈利能力,改善企業(yè)資產(chǎn)質(zhì)量及創(chuàng)造價(jià)值的重要手段。本文致力于探索電力上市公司投資與企業(yè)價(jià)值之間的相關(guān)性,圍繞如何增加企業(yè)價(jià)值,首先對行業(yè)特點(diǎn)及前景做了概括性的介紹,對電力行業(yè)企業(yè)的投資情況、流動(dòng)資金情況進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。其次針對電力行業(yè)的獨(dú)特性分析不同的投資決策對電力企業(yè)資產(chǎn)質(zhì)量、投資收益能力的影響,然后通過觀察公司投資決策行為及統(tǒng)計(jì)得到的大量數(shù)據(jù)建立回歸模型,找到了公司投資現(xiàn)金流與公司剩余收益的相關(guān)關(guān)系。最后使用剩余收益模型,計(jì)算不同投資額的現(xiàn)金流入可能帶給公司未來剩余收益的價(jià)值,進(jìn)而獲得公司價(jià)值的估計(jì),得到投資額與企業(yè)價(jià)值的函數(shù)關(guān)系,使我們對投資給電力企業(yè)價(jià)值增值的度量更接近真實(shí)情況,以幫助企業(yè)在投資決策時(shí)選擇更優(yōu)的方案。本文所研究的成果可用于調(diào)整公司的投資決策及資產(chǎn)組合配置,使企業(yè)在保持核心主業(yè)競爭力的基礎(chǔ)上,適當(dāng)調(diào)整公司的業(yè)務(wù)組合,獲得更大投資效益,達(dá)到價(jià)值增值,為減少不必要的過度投資,防范風(fēng)險(xiǎn),推動(dòng)我國電力產(chǎn)業(yè)健康可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供決策參考。
[Abstract]:Electric power industry is a fundamental industry which has great influence on the development of national economy and the improvement of people's life. In recent years, the demand for electricity is expanding day by day with the development of economy in our country. The investment scale of electric power construction in our country continues to grow rapidly, and the investment scale of power grid continues to accelerate. At present, the power industry is still in the monopoly stage, the opening degree of the power market is not high, the competition is not sufficient, so that the overall profitability of the industry is strong, but the low utilization rate of power generation equipment is in sharp contrast with the rising investment. The assets of enterprises increase sharply, but the profit level decreases, which indicates that the benefits of assets have not been brought into full play, and there are inappropriate allocation of assets and serious waste of resources. At the same time, the cash balance of enterprises is large, a large number of funds are idle, the quality of assets and profitability of enterprises need to be improved. Correct investment decision is an important means to enhance the profitability of enterprises, improve the quality of enterprise assets and create value. This paper is devoted to exploring the correlation between investment and enterprise value of electric power listed companies. First of all, it makes a general introduction to the characteristics and prospects of the industry, and makes a statistical analysis of the investment situation and liquidity of electric power industry enterprises around how to increase the value of enterprises. Secondly, according to the uniqueness of the power industry, this paper analyzes the influence of different investment decisions on the asset quality and investment return ability of electric power enterprises, and then establishes a regression model by observing the investment decision behavior of the company and a large number of statistical data, and finds out the correlation between the investment cash flow and the residual income of the company. Finally, the residual income model is used to calculate the value that the cash inflow of different investment may bring to the future residual income of the company, and then the estimation of the value of the company is obtained, and the functional relationship between the investment amount and the enterprise value is obtained, so that our measurement of the value increment of the investment to the electric power enterprise is closer to the real situation, so as to help the enterprise choose a better scheme in the investment decision. The results studied in this paper can be used to adjust the investment decision and asset portfolio allocation of the company, so that enterprises can properly adjust the business portfolio of the company on the basis of maintaining the competitiveness of the core main industry, obtain greater investment benefits, achieve value appreciation, and provide decision-making reference for reducing unnecessary overinvestment, preventing risks and promoting the healthy and sustainable development of China's electric power industry.
