曲靖經(jīng)濟技術(shù)開發(fā)區(qū)固定資產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的發(fā)展和國家經(jīng)濟的高速增長,企業(yè)和政府部門開始逐步采用信息化系統(tǒng)進行各項管理工作。例如固定資產(chǎn)的管理就是一個典型的例子,隨著時間的推移,政府和企業(yè)內(nèi)部的固定資產(chǎn)數(shù)量將會不斷增加,而這就要求專人進行固定資產(chǎn)的管理工作。采用專人進行資產(chǎn)管理的方式不僅增加了企業(yè)和政府的各項成本,而且在管理的過程中人為因素較多,容易造成固定資產(chǎn)的流失。而采用信息化系統(tǒng)的方式進行固定資產(chǎn)的管理工作,不僅能夠解決企業(yè)和政府需要投入專人的難題,而且能夠有效的避免因為人為因素而造成的企業(yè)損失。在這種背景下,采用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)化的固定資產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)對固定資產(chǎn)進行管理成為了必然趨勢。依托于先進的固定資產(chǎn)管理理念,結(jié)合科學(xué)合理的固定資產(chǎn)管理手段,根據(jù)國內(nèi)外固定資產(chǎn)管理軟件的建設(shè)經(jīng)驗,進行了曲靖經(jīng)濟技術(shù)開發(fā)區(qū)固定資產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計和開發(fā)。本系統(tǒng)采用業(yè)內(nèi)流行的B/S方式進行架構(gòu)設(shè)計,并且采用最適合于開發(fā)B/S架構(gòu)系統(tǒng)的J2EE相關(guān)技術(shù)進行了系統(tǒng)的研發(fā)。主要通過SpringMVC完成前臺界面的相關(guān)研發(fā)工作,采用Spring完成對整個Bean的管理,采用Hibernate完成整個數(shù)據(jù)庫的操作,同時采用Quartz完成系統(tǒng)各項定時任務(wù)的開發(fā)。在數(shù)據(jù)庫軟件的選擇上,采用了軟件行業(yè)內(nèi)最為流行的MySQL數(shù)據(jù)庫,同時配置了主從同步、讀寫分離,從而有效的保證了數(shù)據(jù)庫數(shù)據(jù)的安全性[2]。選用了IBM公司的WebSphere作為應(yīng)用服務(wù)器,同時采用Nginx進行系統(tǒng)的動靜隔離和復(fù)雜均衡配置。通過對曲靖經(jīng)濟技術(shù)開發(fā)區(qū)調(diào)查研究,根據(jù)曲靖經(jīng)濟技術(shù)開發(fā)區(qū)財務(wù)部門的要求分析出了本系統(tǒng)的具體需求。在需求分析階段根據(jù)系統(tǒng)使用人員的差異,結(jié)合系統(tǒng)各個功能的關(guān)聯(lián)性將系統(tǒng)劃分為了四個模塊,即固定資產(chǎn)管理、資產(chǎn)統(tǒng)計、預(yù)警處理、基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)管理四個功能模塊。其中固定資產(chǎn)管理,主要完成對于固定資產(chǎn)的管理工作,包括拆分、借出等相關(guān)內(nèi)容。資產(chǎn)折舊管理,主要完成對于固定資產(chǎn)折舊策略等進行管理的模塊。資產(chǎn)統(tǒng)計是系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)的重點,通過設(shè)定資產(chǎn)統(tǒng)計模塊有效的為企業(yè)或者政府人員提供了數(shù)據(jù)報表。倉庫管理,主要是對固定資產(chǎn)存放的倉庫信息進行管理工作。資產(chǎn)類型管理,主要是對于固定資產(chǎn)的類型進行管理。而且隨著時間的推移固定資產(chǎn)的類型會越來越多,而且在很多時候固定資產(chǎn)的類型只會增多不會減少。曲靖經(jīng)濟技術(shù)開發(fā)區(qū)固定資產(chǎn)管理上線實施后,將成為曲靖經(jīng)濟技術(shù)開發(fā)區(qū)整個信息化體系中較為重要的一環(huán),通過本系統(tǒng)能夠有效地幫助各級政府部門進行互聯(lián)網(wǎng)式的資產(chǎn)管理,同時在資產(chǎn)借出、流動方面起到不可磨滅的作用。
[Abstract]:With the development of Internet technology and the high-speed growth of national economy, enterprises and government departments begin to adopt the information system to carry on the management work step by step. For example, the management of fixed assets is a typical example, with the passage of time, the number of fixed assets within the government and enterprises will continue to increase, which requires the management of fixed assets. It not only increases the cost of enterprises and governments, but also has many man-made factors in the process of management, which can easily lead to the loss of fixed assets. The management of fixed assets by means of information system can not only solve the problem that enterprises and governments need to invest in special personnel, but also effectively avoid the loss of enterprises caused by man-made factors. Under this background, it is an inevitable trend to use Internet-based fixed assets management system to manage fixed assets. Based on the advanced concept of fixed assets management, combined with scientific and reasonable means of fixed assets management, according to the construction experience of fixed assets management software at home and abroad, the design and development of the fixed assets management system of Qujing Economic and technological Development Zone is carried out. The architecture design of the system is carried out by adopting the popular BES mode in the industry, and the system is researched and developed with the J2EE-related technology which is most suitable for the development of the BSS architecture system. It mainly completes the research and development of foreground interface through SpringMVC, uses Spring to complete the management of the whole Bean, uses Hibernate to complete the operation of the whole database, and uses Quartz to complete the development of every scheduled task of the system. In the choice of database software, we adopt the most popular MySQL database in software industry, and configure master-slave synchronization, read-write separation, thus effectively ensure the security of database data [2]. The WebSphere of IBM Company is chosen as the application server, and the dynamic and dynamic isolation and complex balanced configuration of the system are carried out with Nginx at the same time. Through the investigation and research of Qujing Economic and technological Development Zone, according to the requirements of the financial department of Qujing Economic and technological Development Zone, the specific requirements of this system are analyzed. In the phase of demand analysis, the system is divided into four modules: fixed assets management, asset statistics, early warning processing, and basic data management, according to the difference of users and the correlation of each function of the system. After the implementation of fixed assets management in Qujing Economic and technological Development Zone, it will become an important link in the whole information system of Qujing Economic and technological Development Zone. This system can effectively help all levels of government departments to carry out Internet asset management, and play an indelible role in asset lending and flow at the same time.
