【摘要】：在中國(guó),現(xiàn)在的大學(xué)畢業(yè)生就業(yè)機(jī)制已被從之前均勻分布的計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代向現(xiàn)代市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代的企業(yè)招聘發(fā)展,提供自有的選擇,逐步形成了“新的就業(yè)機(jī)制,引導(dǎo)市場(chǎng),宏觀調(diào)控,大學(xué)畢業(yè)生和企業(yè)推薦,雙向選擇”的特征。但在企業(yè)單位的角度來(lái)看,企業(yè)往往很難找到所需的人才。傳統(tǒng)就業(yè)機(jī)制與就業(yè)更難滿足高校的需要之間產(chǎn)生了矛盾,它需要建立一個(gè)有效迫切要求、方便、快捷的人才供給與大學(xué)畢業(yè)生與企業(yè)需求的平臺(tái)。在當(dāng)今社會(huì),在線招聘系統(tǒng)方面的電子信息傳輸網(wǎng)絡(luò)的快速建立發(fā)展起來(lái),這樣的系統(tǒng)需要一個(gè)在線求職信息服務(wù)是免費(fèi)的、快速的、真正的為我們的大學(xué)畢業(yè)生和用人單位提供了一種有效而方便的吸收人才的平臺(tái)。經(jīng)過(guò)幾年的持續(xù)發(fā)展,各高校不斷擴(kuò)大招生,隨之而來(lái)的將是解決畢業(yè)生就業(yè)問(wèn)題。利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息技術(shù)建立一個(gè)業(yè)務(wù)單元和平臺(tái)的學(xué)生就業(yè)信息,用于傳輸兩者間的信息關(guān)系,在當(dāng)代高校是一個(gè)迫切的主要問(wèn)題。同時(shí),國(guó)家高校畢業(yè)生的高等教育水平的高低不僅直接決定了就業(yè)的問(wèn)題,也會(huì)對(duì)整個(gè)國(guó)家的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和社會(huì)穩(wěn)定產(chǎn)生巨大的影響。近年,許多高校就業(yè)也在了解部門(mén)就業(yè)管理簡(jiǎn)單的信息系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用研究,但這些系統(tǒng)只提供雇主的一部分高校畢業(yè)生發(fā)表在線渠道招聘的信息,并不能滿足所有的畢業(yè)生,學(xué)校和企業(yè)三個(gè)不同方面的要求。論文介紹了宜春職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院畢業(yè)生就業(yè)管理信息系統(tǒng)的研究與分析,通過(guò)項(xiàng)目的背景分析、探討系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用的意義、結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外最新研究情況與應(yīng)用情況,明確了宜春職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院畢業(yè)生就業(yè)管理信息系統(tǒng)研究的主要內(nèi)容和主要工作：在業(yè)務(wù)分析部分,本文對(duì)目前宜春職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)員應(yīng)用的畢業(yè)生就業(yè)管理信息系統(tǒng)存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行整理,分析相關(guān)的業(yè)務(wù)人員、組織機(jī)構(gòu)和未應(yīng)用信息系統(tǒng)之前的原有業(yè)務(wù)流程,并根據(jù)信息系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用給出了業(yè)務(wù)的優(yōu)化流程；在功能分析部分,本文結(jié)合前面所分析的業(yè)務(wù)流程圖給出用例分析及描述,通過(guò)用例的分析描述出了系統(tǒng)的功能包圖,包括求職招聘管理子包圖、招聘會(huì)管理子包圖、就業(yè)率統(tǒng)計(jì)管理子包圖、就業(yè)指導(dǎo)管理子包圖、系統(tǒng)管理子包圖等；在數(shù)據(jù)分析部分,結(jié)合前文的用例分析和功能包圖分析,對(duì)系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用與功能完備所需要處理的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了分析,并將數(shù)據(jù)研究結(jié)果繪制成E-R圖,并進(jìn)一步建立了數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)表結(jié)構(gòu)；最后總結(jié)并展望了本次畢業(yè)生就業(yè)管理信息系統(tǒng)的研究與分析工作。
[Abstract]:In China, the current employment mechanism for college graduates has been developed from the planned economy era before to the recruitment of enterprises in the modern market economy era, providing its own choice, and gradually forming a "new employment mechanism to guide the market." Macro-control, college graduates and corporate recommendations, two-way choice "characteristics." However, from the perspective of enterprise units, it is often difficult for enterprises to find the talents they need. The traditional employment mechanism and employment are more difficult to meet the needs of colleges and universities, it needs to establish an effective and urgent demand, convenient, rapid supply of talents and the needs of college graduates and enterprises. In today's society, the rapid establishment and development of electronic information transmission networks in online recruitment systems require an online job search information service to be free and fast. Truly for our graduates and employers to provide an effective and convenient platform for absorbing talent. After several years of continuous development, colleges and universities continue to expand enrollment, followed by a solution to the problem of graduates employment. The use of network information technology to establish a business unit and platform of student employment information, which is used to transmit the information relationship between the two, is an urgent problem in contemporary colleges and universities. At the same time, the level of higher education of national college graduates not only directly determines the problem of employment, but also has a great impact on the economic development and social stability of the whole country. In recent years, many colleges and universities have also been studying the application of simple information systems for employment management in departments, but these systems provide only a portion of employers' information for college graduates to publish online recruitment channels, which do not satisfy all graduates. School and enterprise three different aspects of the requirements. This paper introduces the research and analysis of the graduate employment management information system of Yichun Vocational and Technical College. Through the background analysis of the project, this paper discusses the significance of the application of the system, combining with the latest research and application situation at home and abroad. The main content and main work of the graduate employment management information system research in Yichun Vocational and Technical College are clarified: in the part of business analysis, In this paper, the problems existing in the graduate employment management information system applied by Yichun vocational and technical students are sorted out, and the existing business processes before the application of the information system are analyzed, including the relevant business personnel, the organization and the original business process before the application of the information system. According to the application of the information system, the optimization flow of the business is given. In the function analysis part, this paper gives out the use case analysis and description according to the business flow chart analyzed above, and describes the system function package diagram through the analysis of the use case, including the job search management sub-package diagram, the job fair management package diagram, and the job fair management package diagram. Employment statistics management sub-package chart, employment guidance management sub-package chart, system management sub-package chart; In the data analysis part, combined with the use case analysis and the function package diagram analysis, the data needed to be processed for the system application and function completion are analyzed, and the data research results are drawn into the EOR diagram. And further set up the database table structure; Finally, it summarizes and looks forward to the research and analysis of the graduate employment management information system.
