【摘要】：隨著國民經濟的快速增長,互聯(lián)網的高速發(fā)展,“互聯(lián)網+”將融入各行各業(yè),通過互聯(lián)網與各行各業(yè)進行交互,這將更有效的提高日常的辦公效率以及服務質量。東莞公安部門也是為了促進執(zhí)法辦案的規(guī)范化、防范執(zhí)法安全事故的角度出發(fā),將通過開發(fā)東莞市公安局智能化網上督察平臺來全方位的提高督察辦事。東莞市公安局智能化網上督察平臺主要采用B/S架構,基于Java語言,并且采用了MVC的設計模式,運用了Struts+Hibernate+Spring技術框架,數據庫運用的是SQL SERVER 2014等技術。東莞市公安局智能化網上督察平臺的功能主要包括執(zhí)法辦案督察、網督業(yè)務處理、統(tǒng)計查詢、系統(tǒng)管理這四個功能。執(zhí)法辦案督察主要包括警綜信息質量檢測、系統(tǒng)入口、比對條件、自動對比、智能預警以及比對統(tǒng)計報表這六個功能。網督業(yè)務處理是對該系統(tǒng)的網督工作的一個流程管理,包括立項、立項審批、實施、處理、辦結審批、歸檔和上報這七個部分組成。統(tǒng)計查詢包括操作指引、督察資料和其他文件組成,都是對對應的統(tǒng)計信息提供查詢功能。系統(tǒng)管理是對系統(tǒng)進行整體的管理功能,主要包括基本管理、權限管理、數據字典、公安機關和系統(tǒng)日志這五個功能組成。東莞市公安局智能化網上督察平臺的設計與實現,使得公安局督察辦案更加智能化,為東莞市各級公安部門提升服務水平、強化內部管理增添新的動力,也為人們的服務帶來了便利。提升了公安局的辦事效率,也給人民群眾的用戶體驗達到了最優(yōu)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid growth of the national economy and the high-speed development of the Internet, the "Internet" will be integrated into various industries and interact with various industries through the Internet, which will improve the daily office efficiency and the quality of service more effectively. Dongguan Public Security Department is also to promote the standardization of law enforcement cases, prevent law enforcement safety accidents, through the development of Dongguan City Public Security Bureau intelligent on-line inspector platform to improve the all-round supervision work. The intelligent network inspector platform of Dongguan Public Security Bureau mainly adopts BSS structure, based on Java language, and adopts the design mode of MVC, uses the Struts Hibernate Spring technical framework, the database uses SQL SERVER 2014 and other technologies. The functions of intelligent on-line inspector platform of Dongguan Public Security Bureau mainly include four functions: law enforcement inspector, network supervisor business processing, statistical inquiry, system management. Law enforcement inspector mainly includes six functions: information quality inspection, system entrance, comparison conditions, automatic comparison, intelligent early warning and comparison of statistical reports. Network supervisor business processing is a process management of the system's network supervision work, including project setting, project approval, implementation, processing, filing and reporting of the seven parts of the system, including project setting, project approval, implementation, processing, completion of examination and approval, filing and reporting. Statistical queries, consisting of operational guidelines, inspector information and other documents, provide query functions for the corresponding statistical information. System management is the whole management function of the system, which mainly includes five functions: basic management, authority management, data dictionary, public security organ and system log. The design and realization of the intelligent on-line inspector platform of Dongguan Public Security Bureau has made the public security bureau inspectors handle cases more intelligently, and has added new impetus to the public security departments at all levels in Dongguan to improve their service level and strengthen their internal management. It also brings convenience to people's service. Improve the efficiency of the public security bureau, but also to the masses of the user experience reached the best.
