大噸位門式鋼架廠房的設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】:鋼結(jié)構(gòu)廠房隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展應(yīng)用越來(lái)越廣泛,其中對(duì)大噸位的廠房需求日益倍增。隨著輕型圍護(hù)的發(fā)展,大噸位的廠房也越來(lái)越熱衷于采用壓型鋼板的屋面和墻面的圍護(hù)形式。因此,類似于門式剛架的大噸位廠房應(yīng)運(yùn)而生,在工業(yè)廠房中這種結(jié)構(gòu)備受歡迎。這種結(jié)構(gòu)既承接輕型門式剛架的優(yōu)點(diǎn)又能做到大噸位吊車的布置。門式剛架平面內(nèi)穩(wěn)定主要是由剛架自身設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)決定,平面外穩(wěn)定則由支撐體系確保。大噸位門式剛架廠房做輕型圍護(hù)設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)通常結(jié)合《門式剛架輕型房屋設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》GB51022-2015和《鋼結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》GB50017-2003。本文結(jié)合工程實(shí)例,運(yùn)用PKPM軟件中STS模塊建立門式剛架三維模型;利用PKPM中工具箱內(nèi)吊車梁模塊對(duì)吊車梁進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),闡述了大噸位門式剛架輕型圍護(hù)廠房在計(jì)算過程中的參數(shù)選取,荷載取值;詳細(xì)說(shuō)明了廠房的結(jié)構(gòu)布置、設(shè)計(jì)原則及實(shí)際應(yīng)用中的具體方法和注意事項(xiàng);對(duì)鋼結(jié)構(gòu)廠房的剛架結(jié)構(gòu)、吊車梁、支撐系統(tǒng)以及圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行計(jì)算,分析了支撐布置情況和柱截面面積對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)的影響。對(duì)比不同柱距下各構(gòu)件的用鋼量及整體結(jié)構(gòu)用鋼量進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)、分析、對(duì)比,得出較經(jīng)濟(jì)合理的柱距。經(jīng)綜合比較發(fā)現(xiàn)對(duì)于大噸位門式剛架廠房7.5m柱距優(yōu)于6m柱距。相關(guān)結(jié)論可為未來(lái)相似項(xiàng)目的設(shè)計(jì)提供參考。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, the steel structure factory building is more and more widely used, and the demand for large tonnage factory building is multiplying day by day. With the development of light-duty enclosure, large-tonnage factory buildings are more and more keen to adopt the roof and wall cover of profiled steel plate. Therefore, the large-tonnage factory building similar to the portal frame emerges as the times require, and the structure is popular in industrial buildings. This structure can not only carry on the advantages of light portal frame, but also achieve the layout of large-tonnage crane. The in-plane stability of portal frame is mainly determined by the design of frame itself, and the out-of-plane stability is ensured by support system. In the design of light-duty enclosure for large-tonnage portal frame factory building, the design code for light buildings with portal frame is usually combined with GB51022-2015 and the Code for Design of Steel structures > GB50017-2003.. In this paper, the 3D model of portal frame is established by using STS module in PKPM software. The crane beam module in the toolbox of PKPM is used to design the crane beam, and the parameter selection and load value in the calculation process of light-duty enclosure building with large-tonnage portal frame are expounded. The structure layout, design principles and practical application of the factory building are described in detail. The rigid frame structure, crane beam, support system and enclosure structure of steel structure factory building are calculated, and the influence of bracing arrangement and column cross section area on the structure is analyzed. By comparing the steel consumption of each member under different column spacing and the steel quantity of the whole structure, the more economical and reasonable column spacing is obtained by analyzing and comparing. It is found that 7.5 m column distance is better than 6 m column distance for large tonnage portal frame factory building. The relevant conclusions may provide reference for the design of similar projects in the future.
