連續(xù)滾筒式瀝青攪拌站計(jì)量系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:瀝青攪拌站是公路建設(shè)中非常重要的一部分,主要分為強(qiáng)制間歇式瀝青攪拌站和連續(xù)滾筒式瀝青攪拌站。連續(xù)滾筒式瀝青攪拌站與強(qiáng)制間歇式瀝青攪拌站相比較有許多的優(yōu)勢,但是由于早期的技術(shù)發(fā)展的局限性,連續(xù)滾筒式瀝青攪拌設(shè)備存在缺陷,使得國內(nèi)用戶與公路界的人士都普遍認(rèn)為連續(xù)滾筒式攪拌設(shè)備不適合在高速公路的施工上應(yīng)用。隨著國外連續(xù)滾筒式攪拌站設(shè)備技術(shù)的改進(jìn)與我國高速公路的發(fā)展,尤其是隨著早期修筑的高速公路的大修時(shí)期的到來,,以及社會(huì)對(duì)于環(huán)保性能和能耗率等方面的要求越來越高,使得連續(xù)滾筒式瀝青攪拌設(shè)備開始逐漸進(jìn)入我國。連續(xù)滾筒式瀝青攪拌設(shè)備將成為我國未來瀝青攪拌設(shè)備發(fā)展的必然趨勢,提高其計(jì)量精度將促進(jìn)其快速發(fā)展。 本文研究連續(xù)滾筒式瀝青攪拌站計(jì)量系統(tǒng),其重點(diǎn)在于以下幾點(diǎn):一、了解其發(fā)展過程、設(shè)備結(jié)構(gòu)、工藝要求和計(jì)量方式;二、對(duì)骨料計(jì)量系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了研究,對(duì)集料皮帶秤的秤架結(jié)構(gòu)(單杠桿式、雙杠桿式、懸浮式)進(jìn)行了受力分析與傳感器受力曲線意義討論,通過分析對(duì)比得出:懸浮式秤架在提高集料計(jì)量靜態(tài)精度方面具有較強(qiáng)的優(yōu)越性。并通過對(duì)瀝青攪拌站電子皮帶秤使用特點(diǎn)的考慮,確定采用三托輥懸浮式電子皮帶秤。文中以DTII帶式輸送機(jī)為例,用有限元分析代替撓度公式計(jì)算對(duì)三托輥懸浮式秤體結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),確定傳感器的最佳安放位置,使其受力不受秤體變形的影響,從而提高骨料集料靜態(tài)計(jì)量精度;三、研究了稱量系統(tǒng)的控制算法、針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)的計(jì)量方法的缺陷,提出了改進(jìn)方案:為了保證配比精度控制采用了雙閉環(huán)比值控制,為實(shí)現(xiàn)恒流量控制系統(tǒng)采用了增量式PID控制,并通過Simulink對(duì)系統(tǒng)的控制算法進(jìn)行了仿真,根據(jù)仿真結(jié)果可以看出本文所采用的方案能夠保證系統(tǒng)的配比精度,實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)恒流量控制;四、根據(jù)連續(xù)滾筒式瀝青攪拌站計(jì)量系統(tǒng)的工藝特點(diǎn)與PLC的選型依據(jù)對(duì)本系統(tǒng)所使用的PLC進(jìn)行選型和PLC控制程序的設(shè)計(jì),主要包括稱重程序、增量式PID控制子程序、中斷程序和濾波程序。 通過本文的研究,提高了連續(xù)滾筒式瀝青攪拌站計(jì)量系統(tǒng)的計(jì)量精度,為連續(xù)滾筒式瀝青攪拌站設(shè)備在我國的發(fā)展提供了依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Asphalt mixing station is a very important part of highway construction. It is mainly divided into compulsory intermittent asphalt mixing station and continuous roller asphalt mixing station. The continuous roller asphalt mixing station has many advantages compared with the forced intermittent asphalt mixing station, but because of the limitation of the early technology development, the continuous roller asphalt mixing equipment has some defects. It is believed that continuous drum mixing equipment is not suitable for highway construction. With the improvement of the technology of continuous drum mixing station abroad and the development of expressway in China, especially with the arrival of the overhauling period of the early built expressway, As well as the social requirements for environmental performance and energy consumption are becoming higher and higher, which makes the continuous roller asphalt mixing equipment gradually enter our country. Continuous roller type asphalt mixing equipment will become the inevitable trend of the future development of asphalt mixing equipment in China, and the improvement of its measuring accuracy will promote its rapid development. In this paper, the measurement system of continuous roller type asphalt mixing plant is studied. The main points are as follows: first, understand its development process, equipment structure, process requirements and measurement methods; Secondly, the aggregate metering system is studied, and the structure of the weigher (single lever, double lever, suspension) of aggregate belt weigher is analyzed and the significance of sensor force curve is discussed. Through the analysis and comparison, it is concluded that the suspended scale has strong advantages in improving the static accuracy of aggregate metering. Considering the application characteristics of electronic belt scale in asphalt mixing station, the three-roller suspension electronic belt scale is adopted. Taking the DTII belt conveyor as an example, the structure of the three-roller suspension scale is optimized by means of finite element analysis instead of deflection formula, and the optimum position of the sensor is determined so that the force is not affected by the deformation of the scale. In order to improve the static measurement accuracy of aggregate; Thirdly, the control algorithm of weighing system is studied. Aiming at the defects of the traditional metering method, an improved scheme is put forward: in order to ensure the control of matching precision, the double closed loop ratio control is adopted, and the incremental PID control is used to realize the constant flow control system. The control algorithm of the system is simulated by Simulink. According to the simulation results, it can be seen that the scheme adopted in this paper can guarantee the accuracy of the system and realize the constant flow control of the system. Fourthly, according to the technological characteristics of the measuring system of continuous roller type asphalt mixing station and the selection of PLC, the PLC used in this system is selected and the PLC control program is designed, which mainly includes weighing program, incremental PID control subroutine, Interrupt program and filter program. Through the research in this paper, the measuring accuracy of the continuous roller type asphalt mixing station is improved, which provides the basis for the development of the continuous roller type asphalt mixing station equipment in our country.
