【摘要】：鐵路是國(guó)家重要的交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施,也是我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的大動(dòng)脈。加強(qiáng)對(duì)鐵路運(yùn)輸系統(tǒng)的信息管理,通過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)和信息為決策提供支持,是我國(guó)交通運(yùn)輸系統(tǒng)信息化建設(shè)的重要內(nèi)容。河北省鐵路運(yùn)輸體系規(guī)模較大,情況復(fù)雜,在數(shù)據(jù)管理和網(wǎng)絡(luò)科學(xué)分析方面,傳統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)和地圖方式已經(jīng)逐漸無(wú)法適應(yīng)。因此,建立河北省鐵路地理信息數(shù)據(jù)管理系統(tǒng),對(duì)河北省鐵路信息數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行現(xiàn)代化綜合管理顯得尤為重要。河北省鐵路地理信息數(shù)據(jù)管理系統(tǒng)采用基于SuperMap IS.NET的WebGIS技術(shù)進(jìn)行開(kāi)發(fā),通過(guò)地圖操作、統(tǒng)計(jì)查詢和輔助決策三大功能模塊,使用戶能夠快速的瀏覽、查詢相關(guān)鐵路信息。本文主要從以下幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的研究:1、介紹了論文選題背景和系統(tǒng)研究意義,對(duì)地理信息系統(tǒng)在鐵路方面應(yīng)用的國(guó)內(nèi)外發(fā)展?fàn)顩r進(jìn)行了說(shuō)明,并闡述了論文的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容和組織結(jié)構(gòu)。2、概述了WebGIS技術(shù)與鐵路地理信息數(shù)據(jù)管理系統(tǒng)相結(jié)合的方式,通過(guò)比較當(dāng)前幾種主要的WebGIS開(kāi)發(fā)平臺(tái),說(shuō)明了選擇SuperMap IS.NET作為本系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)平臺(tái)的原因,并對(duì)系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)中的用到的客戶端與服務(wù)器端的異步數(shù)據(jù)交換和空間數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)引擎SuperMap SDX+關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行了介紹。3、論述了系統(tǒng)的需求分析和設(shè)計(jì)原則,提出了河北省鐵路地理信息數(shù)據(jù)管理系統(tǒng)的總體架構(gòu)。介紹了系統(tǒng)的開(kāi)發(fā)環(huán)境,完成了系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的設(shè)計(jì)。開(kāi)發(fā)了地圖操作、統(tǒng)計(jì)查詢和輔助決策三大功能模塊,描述了各模塊的主要功能,詳細(xì)說(shuō)明了各模塊的開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程。4、介紹了系統(tǒng)的總體界面,通過(guò)實(shí)例驗(yàn)證了系統(tǒng)三大模塊的運(yùn)行效果并對(duì)運(yùn)行結(jié)果進(jìn)行了說(shuō)明。
[Abstract]:Railway is an important national transportation infrastructure, and also the artery of national economic development. Strengthening the information management of railway transportation system and providing support for decision making through data and information is an important content of information construction of transportation system in China. The railway transportation system of Hebei Province is large in scale and complex. In the aspect of data management and network scientific analysis, the traditional database and map methods have been gradually unable to adapt. Therefore, it is very important to establish the railway geographic information management system of Hebei province and carry on the modern comprehensive management to the railway information data of Hebei province. Hebei Railway Geographic Information Management system is developed with WebGIS technology based on SuperMap IS.NET. Through the three function modules of map operation, statistical query and auxiliary decision, users can browse and query the relevant railway information quickly. This paper mainly carries on the systematic research from the following several aspects: 1, introduced the thesis selected topic background and the system research significance, has carried on the explanation to the geographical information system in the railroad aspect domestic and foreign development situation. The main research contents and organization structure of the thesis are expounded. 2. The way of combining WebGIS technology with railway geographic information management system is summarized, and several main WebGIS development platforms are compared. This paper explains the reason why SuperMap IS.NET is chosen as the development platform of this system, and introduces the key technologies of asynchronous data exchange between client and server and SuperMap SDX of spatial database engine, which are used in the development of the system. This paper discusses the requirement analysis and design principle of the system, and puts forward the overall framework of the railway geographic information management system in Hebei province. The development environment of the system is introduced, and the design of the system database is completed. Three function modules of map operation, statistical query and auxiliary decision are developed, the main functions of each module are described, the development process of each module is described in detail, and the overall interface of the system is introduced. The running effect of the three modules of the system is verified by an example and the result of the operation is explained.
