寧夏G集團(tuán)計(jì)量管理體系優(yōu)化研究
[Abstract]:Measurement management is an important part of enterprise quality management. It directly affects the production, manufacturing, process flow and product sales of enterprises, and is an important means to improve economic benefits. It also provides a reference for quality management from a technical point of view, and is the basic guarantee for enterprises to improve product quality. Ningxia G Group is a manufacturing enterprise with foundry, machinery manufacturing, chemical industry and steel structure as the leading industry. It has 12 branches. The product market covers more than 10 developed countries and regions such as China, Asia, Europe and America. It is the important force that supports Ningxia's economic development. In this paper, the research on measurement management system of Ningxia G Group is not from the point of view of pure technology, but combined with the relevant knowledge of enterprise management and the actual situation of measurement management of Ningxia G Group. Based on the international standard "requirements of ISO10012:2003 measuring process and measuring equipment", this paper adopts the methods of literature research and case analysis, respectively from the measurement management organization structure and related system, measurement resource management, etc. This paper analyzes the present situation of measurement management system of Ningxia G Group from four aspects: the realization of metrological confirmation and measurement process, internal audit and supervision, and finds out the problems and puts forward the corresponding optimization scheme, in order to improve the overall level of measurement management and metrology inspection in Ningxia G Group. The measurement management system of G Group is more perfect, effective, rigorous and feasible, and it is convenient for the relevant staff of the Group to manage metering activities efficiently and scientifically, so as to provide reliable technical guarantee for enterprises to improve production efficiency and product quality. To realize the strategic goal of sustainable development of enterprises.
