【摘要】：計(jì)量管理是企業(yè)質(zhì)量管理的重要組成部分,它直接影響企業(yè)生產(chǎn)制造、工藝流程和產(chǎn)品銷售等多個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),是提高經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的重要手段,也為質(zhì)量管理從技術(shù)角度提供了參考依據(jù),是企業(yè)提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的基礎(chǔ)保證。寧夏G集團(tuán)是一家以鑄造、機(jī)械制造、化工、鋼結(jié)構(gòu)等為主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)的生產(chǎn)制造型企業(yè),下設(shè)十二個(gè)分公司,產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng)覆蓋中國(guó)、亞洲、歐洲、美洲等十余個(gè)發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家和地區(qū),是支持寧夏經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要力量。本文對(duì)寧夏G集團(tuán)計(jì)量管理體系的研究不是從純技術(shù)角度出發(fā),而是結(jié)合企業(yè)管理的相關(guān)知識(shí)及寧夏G集團(tuán)計(jì)量管理的實(shí)際情況,以國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《ISO10012：2003測(cè)量過程和測(cè)量設(shè)備的要求》為理論基礎(chǔ),采用文獻(xiàn)研究、案例分析等研究方法,分別從計(jì)量管理組織架構(gòu)及相關(guān)制度、計(jì)量資源管理、計(jì)量確認(rèn)及測(cè)量過程實(shí)現(xiàn)、內(nèi)審和監(jiān)管情況四個(gè)方面對(duì)寧夏G集團(tuán)計(jì)量管理體系現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)問題并提出相應(yīng)的優(yōu)化方案,力圖提升其計(jì)量管理和計(jì)量檢測(cè)的整體水平,使G集團(tuán)計(jì)量管理體系更加完善有效、嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)可行,便于集團(tuán)相關(guān)工作人員對(duì)計(jì)量活動(dòng)進(jìn)行高效、科學(xué)的管理,從而為企業(yè)提高生產(chǎn)效率和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量提供可靠的技術(shù)保障,實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Measurement management is an important part of enterprise quality management. It directly affects the production, manufacturing, process flow and product sales of enterprises, and is an important means to improve economic benefits. It also provides a reference for quality management from a technical point of view, and is the basic guarantee for enterprises to improve product quality. Ningxia G Group is a manufacturing enterprise with foundry, machinery manufacturing, chemical industry and steel structure as the leading industry. It has 12 branches. The product market covers more than 10 developed countries and regions such as China, Asia, Europe and America. It is the important force that supports Ningxia's economic development. In this paper, the research on measurement management system of Ningxia G Group is not from the point of view of pure technology, but combined with the relevant knowledge of enterprise management and the actual situation of measurement management of Ningxia G Group. Based on the international standard "requirements of ISO10012:2003 measuring process and measuring equipment", this paper adopts the methods of literature research and case analysis, respectively from the measurement management organization structure and related system, measurement resource management, etc. This paper analyzes the present situation of measurement management system of Ningxia G Group from four aspects: the realization of metrological confirmation and measurement process, internal audit and supervision, and finds out the problems and puts forward the corresponding optimization scheme, in order to improve the overall level of measurement management and metrology inspection in Ningxia G Group. The measurement management system of G Group is more perfect, effective, rigorous and feasible, and it is convenient for the relevant staff of the Group to manage metering activities efficiently and scientifically, so as to provide reliable technical guarantee for enterprises to improve production efficiency and product quality. To realize the strategic goal of sustainable development of enterprises.
