新線條件下工務(wù)段管理方案優(yōu)化研究
[Abstract]:With the development of national economy and the increase of residents' travel demand, the mileage of railway line is increasing continuously, the high-speed railway is developing rapidly, and the construction of common speed and heavy haul railway also makes the road network structure more perfect. As the basic management and infrastructure maintenance department in railway transportation system, the public works section plays an important role in ensuring the safety, efficiency and economy of railway transportation. A large number of new railway lines need to readjust the setting scheme and jurisdiction range of the public works section. At the same time, the upgrading of the technical equipment level and the new characteristics of the maintenance and maintenance of the high-speed railway line put forward new requirements for the management scheme of the works section. In order to solve the new problem of optimizing the layout of public works section when the new line is opened, this paper takes the public works section and the competent line as the research object, and puts forward the method of optimizing the management scheme of the public works section under the condition of the new line. The typical public works section and line are selected for example analysis. The main contents are as follows: (1) the layout of the public works section and the basic situation of the lines have been analyzed. According to the existing statistical data, this paper summarizes and classifies the public works section according to the factors such as line mileage and line type, sums up the development and management law of the public works section at the present stage in our country, and puts forward that the number and position of the public works section should be determined first from the middle level. At the micro level, the optimal flow of the management scheme of the section is determined. (2) the problem of the number and position of the section is abstracted as the gradual overlay model of the section under the condition of the new line, and according to the management characteristics of the section, In order to maximize the management level and minimize the fixed input, the incremental coverage model is constructed and solved by genetic algorithm. (3) the method of determining the jurisdiction range of public works segment based on multiplicative weighted Voronoi diagram is designed. First, analyze the specific factors that affect the public works section jurisdiction; secondly, use different methods to determine the weight of the factors, and build a weight correction model to modify the weight; finally, use multiplicative weighted Vornoi diagram, The incremental algorithm is used to generate the scope map of the public works section and the management scheme of the jurisdiction line. (4) by using the method proposed in this paper, the layout of the public works section of Beijing Railway Administration after the opening of "Zhangtang Railway" is optimized, and the comparison with the actual situation is carried out. The results show that the theory and method presented in this paper can reasonably determine the management range of the public works section and the scheme of line division management. Based on this, this paper further uses the method proposed in this paper to plan the management scheme of the future "Beijing-Shenyang high-speed railway" section, which provides a reference for the optimization of the management scheme of the public works section under the new line conditions.
