基于GeneXus的生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)
[Abstract]:The computer Internet, Internet of things, cloud computing, big data and other new generation information technology are more and more widely used. More and more management systems are used in enterprises of various industries, such as banks, hospitals, etc. Schools and other units will use employee management system, fixed asset management system, performance management system. In addition, not only information technology is not only integrated with economic industry, but now more and more manufacturing and industrial enterprises are also merging information technology with it to form a new industrial chain. Most of the machinery manufacturing industry in China is facing the problem of backward information technology. Many statistical information needs to be processed manually. The large amount of data leads to the decline of work efficiency. In view of the problems existing in the machinery manufacturing industry mentioned above, this paper takes the production operation of the steelmaking branch plant as an example. Firstly, we deeply understand the process and principle of steelmaking, combined with the practical application experience of the workshop, and count the daily pouring of steel. Detailed information on the ingot and ingot; secondly, further statistics on all steel grades, materials and process symbols in the process of steelmaking, familiarity with the process of steelmaking, and the quantity of water for the initial steelmaking, Thirdly, the software involved in the development of production operation system is studied deeply, including the matters needing attention in the installation of Gene Xus. The concrete usage and parameter transfer of the three components, the connection with the Oracle database, the operation of the database with PL/SQL language, and the requirement analysis of the development of the production management system are fully analyzed, and the system is designed and implemented. The production management system makes a summary according to the daily pouring of steel and ingots in the workshop, mainly including the modification of the daily pouring account, the inquiry and export of the daily pouring account, and so on, including the steel, ingot, etc. The addition, modification, deletion, query and other functions of pouring ingots and other information. In addition, add login interface, add main menu interface, add administrator rights, increase the steel, etc., modify the interface to check, add the total function to the data such as steel and water. The production management system designed and realized in this paper combines industrialization with information technology and summarizes and classifies the production of molten steel in steelmaking branch plants. It has been put into operation and has a good effect in order to achieve the purpose of industrialization and industrialization.
